I took 4 expensive pocket knives in to get sharpened, waited around 15 minutes for them, and they all came out great! cool store very friendly staff! My knives are sharper than they have ever been! The best part is they have very reasonable prices!

I brought some knives for professional sharpening and was completely amazed. I dropped of knives on Friday and they were ready the following Monday. I am told that you can expect same-day service if you drop off Mon-Wed but not on Thu-Fri. The cost was $8/knife but the bevel was completely reshaped. This made one of our cheaper chefs knives razor sharp, cutting paper at an angle with ease. Highly recommended!

Caught the staff getting ready for lunch but the manager offered to sharpen three knives, one a custom hunting knife, while we waited. Everyone was friendly and helpful plus they have a good selection of chef quality kitchen cutlery.My custom knife is shaving sharp as are the two Schrade knives. The custom knife blade is 60+ on the Rockwell scale and Ambrosi's edge is mirror smooth and scalpel sharp.I highly recommend them!

The Manager Mr Spencer is very accommodating and knowledgeable in regards to sharpening knives. I was really impressed by the quality of work he did with my 6 knives. Will go back again for sure !!! Thanks Mr Spencer !!!!
