Unprofessional, terrible communication, and then berated by one of their movers via text (see screenshots below). Take your money elsewhere.

I hired this company through Uhaul. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I am suppose to move tomorrow morning and have paid for my services in full per uhauls website and I have yet to hear a single word from All Wright.

Edit: Devon finally called me after 11 and they came and unloaded the POD. He was apologetic and they worked very hard and quickly to get the work done. If you can be flexible on your time then use them if you need someone who shows up as scheduled then I would recommend someone else. Hopefully he can get his scheduling and communication improved.Hired this company to load my POD through U-Haul. They were several hours late to my location and I had to reach out to them to see if they were still coming. Luckily I had a flexible schedule and when they finally arrived they worked very hard and I was very happy with their work. I spoke with Devon about booking with them directly when I was ready to unload the POD at my new location. He said it wouldn't be a problem and they would take care of me. I contacted him on 6/22 which was a week before I needed help to set up an appointment. He confirmed on 6/24 via text he could take the job for 9am 7/2. I contacted him about 9:15am and he answered and said that we would pull over and call me right back. That was almost 2 hours ago and since then the phone is turned off and the voicemail is full. I am on a limited timeline because the POD is already scheduled to be picked up on a set date and it's a holiday weekend. As hard working and nice as Devon and Tony were while loading my POD I feel that the organization, communication, and professionalism that should be had while running a business is extremely lacking. I am now scrambling to find someone else who can come unload my belonging on such short notice. I would not recommend this company because you don't know if they will show up or not.

Hard working folks. They were right on time and did a fantastic job. I would hire them back next time I move.

Great experience with these movers! Very careful and respectful men. Devin and Tony were awesome! I'm definitely calling them for my next move!

I had the same experience as the other reviewer, they never answered any calls or text the day of moving and I was forced to find new movers that same day which was expensive, painful, and delayed everything. Find someone else to move you. These guys are clowns.

We booked them to move our house down the street to a new house and all of the comments we read stated that they were a reliable company. These comments (I believe, on Thumbtack) could not have been more incorrect. They were nearly impossible to get ahold of as we were planning the move, and then, on moving day, not only did they not show up, they texted that they were running late (leaving the impression that they WERE going to show up). After about 2 hours, we began calling other moving companies as All Wright never texted or called us back (after several attempts to contact them). When I say this was a catastrophe, I do not put that lightly. We ended up paying through the nose for last minute movers, and it put intense stress on us as well as the couple that was moving in to our previous home. I cannot emphasize enough how little I recommend this company to anyone who is moving. I don't even recommend them to put in your mental space. Trust me, I'm saving you from a world of stress.

Horrible. DO NOT USE. They will not show up. We booked them through the Uhaul website. We called and called (for days), trying to arrange a time. They never called back, never answered, etc. So, it is the night before our move, and we have no movers. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not depend on these guys. Moving is stressful enough as is, no- show movers make it a hundred times worse.

DO NOT USE THEM. This is my 4th time using Uhaul Moving Help and this was my first bad experience. All Wright Moving lacked communication and took double the time any other movers have taken to move my 1,000 SF apartment. They were 4.5 hours late. They didn't call me the day before to confirm the move and they didn't call to say they would be late. I had to call them and they only answered half the time. When they arrived late, they said they'd bring a 3rd person free of charge so that they could finish that day but, they never brought the 3rd person and never communicated that he wasn't coming. I was their 4th move of the day and they were tired. It took them (and myself) 4.5 hours to load my 1,000 sq ft. apartment. So, I had to get the uhaul for another day so they could unload the next day which took them and myself another 3 hours. They take over double the time any other moving company has taken to move me. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BRING A DOLLY! We hand moved everything. They wanted me to give them their payment code after only Loading the truck when they know it's policy to get the code once the job is finished. I gave them the opportunity to finish the job the next day to get paid and to make the move right since Loading was such a bad experience. I wanted them to finish so I said I'd pay for a 3rd person for the Unload and one brought his girlfriend who stayed in her car for half the time and then they charged me $30 per hour for her. One guy Jeremy did a good job moving things but the lack of coordination, plan, dollys, and minimal moving help from Devon (he mainly packed the truck and unloaded at the truck) slowed everything down. The only positive I saw from this move is that the truck was packed well. I paid them because I was too exhausted to argue and honestly felt bad for them being so deficient at moving. I'm writing this review in hopes to save others. Considerations the company should take in the future: 1) If you don't have enough staff to do the moves scheduled, cancel those moves. It's better to cancel so people can find another company instead of struggle thru having tired and late movers. 2) Schedule moves with enough time in between to account for issues that you typically see. Don't take on extra moves (even if it is to help your friend) when you already have moves scheduled. 3) Call or text your clients to make sure they are aware of delays and set a goal time for when you will be at their place 4) Bring equipment helpful for the move, straps and a dolly at a minimum 5) When you get to the site, if the client has scheduled a 3 hour move, and you look at the items and situation and think it's going to be longer than that... talk to the client about it so a plan of action can be put in place and decided upon. 6) Don't charge people for movers who aren't working the whole time. The women that was brought unpacked the truck for an hour, sat in the car for an hour, and helped move for 30 minutes but I was charged 3 hours for her. 7) Coordinate tasks and have a plan of action with your team to help get the moves done in a reasonable amount of time. 8) When you've caused clients to incur extra cost (extra days with Uhaul, Ubers to get their car, them having to cancel a work trip because you were so late and caused the move to be multiple days) consider apologizing and giving them a discount for your mistake.
