The day I let CVS go and l, changed all my prescriptions to the wonderful Alberts pharmacy was the day I got good service. I wish I would have found them a long, long time ago. They are kind, thorough, accurate and they deliver too!!! Also…in some cases I found they were a little less in cost as well…

Definitely the best community pharmacy in midtown. They feel over staffed compared to the retail pharmacy giants. Staff is wonderful and go out of their way for me.

Kind, communicative, professional and quick. Medication I take has been experiencing shortage in Albert's medical pharmacy has always been easy to reach and helpful as I manage filling medication. They are quick to answering phone, proactively call if there are issues, send text notifications, and are quick to serve when picking up (not waiting in line). I highly recommend them. thank you for your professionalism!

I’ve been with them for 27 years. They have always been thorough and caring about my medication concerns and have also been the same regarding my children who they have watched grow into adults. Even when out of town they are willing to answer questions and be supportive of our needs. For me they are like family.

I have been a member of your pharmacy for a number of years now , I was hurt on the job many years ago by a client that was sick and I was not told they were sick because of the client rights so later down the road I was told that I was sick because of that client, I was so angry upset scared and just lost with worry about what was going to happen to me and how was I going to keep people from finding out, when I had to make that first visit to your pharmacy the first person I met was a very kind and worm friendly face by the name of Letty she made feel as if everything was going to be ok and I had nothing to worry about when it came to my privacy and being treated as if I was just as normal as the next person walking through that pharmacy door, I will always LOVE this pharmacy and her till the day the lord says it’s my time to take my rest good and faithful servant, she never made me feel guilty or dirty or if I was going to make her sick if she got to close to me. I will never leave Albee’s if the world had more people like Letty behind its counter’s with a wonderful world this would be. signed AS

Always professional and ready to help anyone. They are the most reliable pharmacy by far and are filled with a team of experts.Kara, Maggie, and Simona were beyond helpful, respectful, and patient. I was having issues with my insurance for over an hour, and they were nothing but kind and offered help. Some of the best customer service, and I will be coming back just for them. No more price chopper pharmacy! Lol

Fast, friendly, and same price as CVS, if not cheaper! They went out of their way to help me get my son a prescription in 5 minutes, that was going to take CVS over 4 hours.

Walgreens didn’t have my daughter’s antibiotics and didn’t offer to call the attending to request a different prescription. Alli at Albers took care of us the second we walked in the door and was able to fill our prescription in less than an hour. She was kind and explained everything.

I switched to them from Walgreens where I had an issue every month filling a monthly script. Since I have moved to Albers I've had no issues. This month they only had enough to fill a partial script for me and I'm having a hard time getting in there by 530 per my work schedule to get the rest of my meds. I just called to let them know I will be there for it as soon as I can. I spoke to Doug who offered to stay late for me. Which obviously he does not have to do and no other pharmacy would ever even offer that. I thought that was super kind and nice of him. Everyone I've encountered who works there has been nothing but kind. I'll never go back to Walgreens or cvs after dealing with a mom and pop pharmacy. So much better. Thanks guys! You're awesome!

This place is so great. They answer the phone, they’re nice, they’re fast, it’s locally owned, the customer service is exceptional. Why mess with Walgreens or CVS? I’ve been coming here for over three years now and Alber’s has spoiled me rotten. I’ll never go back to one of the big chains again.

I use this pharmacy only because my doctor refuses to use a different pharmacy for my prescription. However, my monthly experiences with Albers over the past couple of years was excellent - until the last 3 months - in spite of their inconvenient location and limited hours. Once I was unable to obtain my medication for several days because someone failed to order it from the drug company in a timely manner. In 2 additional instances I was treated so rudely by the person who answered the phone, if I had a choice I wouldn't do business with this pharmacy again. But apparently, because the pharmacy enjoys a "special relationship" with my doctor's office, they have no incentive to treat customers decently. I'd like to say that I would never use this pharmacy again - but I would have to find a different medical practice - and I've been seeing my doctor as my PCP for over 10 years.
