Please file all your complaints about this bank to the Missouri division of finance! Horrible bank. Stole over 500.00 from me and now refuse to answer the phone or return messages!

My card and every one else who banks with academy has had their cards rendered useless for 4 days. There is no assistance at the local branches. Not even academy bank atms will let me pull out cash. This is egregious if I could leave zero stars I would.

Do not only walk away but RUN from this bank.As a veteran I'm blown away that it's acceptable to lie to it's customers with zero care in the world.
