A mistake was made that resulted in a double charge. I was persistent and management made accommodation and corrected

I specifically requested a handicap room with a roll in shower and I got neither. The room itself is small but big enough to move around but there were stairs to my room. And the only way to get to my room while avoiding the stairs was from the back door which is locked so someone had to open it for me every time I came in. The bathroom door is frosted glass so in the morning all the light pours into the room through the door. It also has gaps on both sides big enough you can almost stick your hand through. The shower ended up being moot because the water pressure was a dribble at best. $25 for parking is outrageous as well. The location is great but thats about it.

Rooms are small. One little desk to hold your laptop, any other things you need handy and the coffee station that never gets used and eats up a good third of the surface. Rooms stay hot. Couldnt get mine to stay below 77. Would turn on AC it would get down to about 73 and quit. Then get hot again. At least there's a dispensary down the street. But it's pricey compared to Washington, Oregon, and Michigan.

The location was great for what we needed, which was to be close to KU Med. I asked for a handicap accessible room and was assured that we had a roll in shower. Which was far from it. First, the shower door doesn’t even open all the way, it is blocked by the towel rack that hangs at the top, therefore I had to squeeze into the shower itself. The floor was slick, there were no handles in the shower or even by the toilet. Not sure what makes it handicap accessible. The shower hose is at a level that if my aunt (who is in a wheelchair was able to get in there with a shower chair) was able to get in there wouldn’t have been able to reach it. The description on the website is very misleading. The room itself is nice and big and is accommodating for a Wheelchair..the bathroom is whole different story. Very disappointed, especially when someone is needing to take shower and is unable after being assured they can. Won’t be staying here again. And besides that…$25.00 for parking…please?

We've stayed twice and things went down hill fast. In 2023 breakfast is now $15 per person, and it's not good. We had better breakfasts when we lived in Taiwan, which is saying something. Kitchen staff was rude too — twice! And we're polite, smiley people! We gave the place two chances for Pete's sake! I rarely leave reviews, but this place is either terrible at communicating, at best, or – at worst – outright dishonest. We won't stay here again. They clearly remodeled, so everything looks nice on the outside but the rooms are tiny and parking costs $25. Whatever you think you're paying, add at least $60 and maybe more!

Hotel is nice with private parking and a solid shower. Located in Westport so a bunch of walkable options right outside your door. Reason for the 5 stars though is for the front desk girl working 12/29 (sorry I didn’t get your name). Was incredibly nice to my pup and helped me out on a couple of occasions. Hope management recognizes you for a great experience!

Seems fancy but really isn't.Pro tip - don't pay the ridiculous fee to park in their lot which is a rip off. The side street next to the hotel has free parking and it's an ok neighborhood with lots of light. The decor and overall look is really nice but isn't as quality as a Sheraton. I stayed over 40 nights in a hotel this year and this one was for the books. The bed and pillows were awful. Just so hard and uncomfortable. Wood was noisy with just creaky cheap laminate floors. Limited countertop space at the bathroom sink, the threshold was broken going into the shower so water ran all over the floor even with the door shut tight. No microwave. When I checked out, no one was at the front desk, no sign or anything. I just dropped my key and walked out. The hallways reeked like someone was smoking a blunt at 730am.

Do not expect a typical AC Marriott. I believe this one was retrofitted into an old space. Service is OK, but the amenities are lacking. No waters in room, no water available in the gym, and the bar was barely setup when we stopped by for a drink around 8PM. Friendly bartender. Rooms are smaller than normal.
