After working there for 1 year and 4 months... Nicole Henson was a liar, very unfair, very disrespectful, she lied about everything, accused me of so many things, that was never true... going off of hearsay...from someone that didn't even work for her. SHE REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY DEPARTURE PAPERS, TELLING ME I HAVE TO TELL HER WHAT I NEED THEM FOR AND SHE FIRED ME. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BRINGING THEY LOVE ONES HERE, OR ANYTHING DONT WORK EITHER BECAUSE YOU WONT GET PAID RIGHT. SHE HAS CLIENTS LIVING IN BLACK MOLD... INSTEAD OF MOVING THEM AWAY.

This company is by far the worst I have ever worked for. Nicole is not a good owner at all, she is rude and has no professionalism to her at all. I don't see her business lasting long as she runs everyone off and shows no appreciation to anyone.

I give this company NO stars. These people are not lying Nicole and you know it. You are very unprofessional from the gate. You have people sign offer letters and don't pay them the wage. I'm not sure how you're up and barely running. The nerve of you to act as if people were bothering you when their pay isn't right. The way you avoid serious situations is so unprofessional. Then you have the audacity to talk about someone's attitude. That's funny when you are always hiring so what does that say about YOU. The way you treat your "employees " is so slave like it's hurtful. Especially coming from a sistah. Just remember that you catch more bees with honey. Oh and I knew you was FAKE.

I am a TRUTH giver there is nothing RELIGIOUS about my review because Jesus has nothing to do with how a professional business is ran. "When people are upset they tend to say things that are not true" -Nicole. Clearly truth has nothing to do with being upset but its the fact you can not handle TRUTH. I've been a DSP for a long time and I'm so surprised how unprofessional this team of medical care providers are not only to their employees but as well as their clients of whom we support. My first day I observed ALOT of mis organization in how clients confidential files are placed, how staff communicate as well as how management handles concern within the organization & how staff treat the clients. I addressed my concern to the said chain of command superviser and SAW him as WELL as hear him inform Nicole Henson of the allegations. It was told to me from this supervisor that it was not the first time the allegations were said and reported and he hoped my report would be looked at and investigated. Nicole did nothing to address nor investigate that day nor the next but made it her duty to text me on my off day by my MIDDLE NAME which is also my facebook name about how she needed to talk to me. I texted Nicole back correcting her with the professional name she should have used and asked how could I help. No reply. Next morning received a text of how she was on my social media while I was off duty and seen how I was not satisfied being an employee so she would mail my check and hope I find employment some where else. I never stated not being satisfied, I was however looking for another company more organized and professional due to Ms. Henson not doing her mandated duty as the director. If you knew I had concerns and were attempting to find new employment; as the director of a professional senior medical business, it is your respondsability to get information and see what needs to improve or change to make your employees feel good about keeping their job. You did not perform any concern at all which is a concern to your level of organization in this business. Ms Henson I am not upset at all in fact I am very HONEST and very displeased with how you handled everything, you wear the title but lack the means to keep it! I only worked here for 2 days and was ready to quit ? that should let you know there are concerns you need to address from within your company. If you loosing more employees than gaining them your company lacks something from within so don't be quick to assume your doing your best yet not quick with resolving employee concerns. A company is a team! Be a leader! And this will be investigated because I am a HONEST DSP in the state of Missouri so lets not forget...I will need a COPY of the report i filed that was never adressed by YOU -Nicole who is management. Thank you and may~YOUR~ lord bless you abundantly!

I love working for able they are respectful people from the interview on towards your days working with them . This is an amazing company and the owner goes above and beyond for her clients as well as her staff and so does the program manager they are excellent people and I recommend this company to anyone who has a passion to work in this field , thank you able for my opportunity and continuing growth

I agree wholeheartedly with every word written by Raymond G. in his review! We were clients, not employees.

I have worked for several providers in the KC area and Able is the absolute worse. They lie from the time you interview up until the time you leave. I say that because you will leave. The entire system is antiquated and obsolete. They treat their staff really bad and they overwork their supervisors as if they don't have a life outside of Able. Unless you are desperate for a job stay away . The owner is not honest and the program director has some questionable practices. This is KC's worst provider by far and this is my first time doing a review, but you need to have your mind clear that this is a desperation job when you take a position because they will certainly leave you with a horrible experience.
