From the time I walked in the door and Stephanie helped me, it was pleasant , easy, on time and communications very well. They work very closely and well with the insurer and the a rental car place. Their warranty is top notch.

I believe I just had a bad experience, but this place did not treat my car well, or have a good customer experience, first, the date the car was supposed me be done was not correct I got it a week late, not only that but the car still had front end damage and it was a large dent. Dropped my car off again it's about to reach a month for a little bumper damage and no updates yet. And the quality of work done was not to the level that this place has reviews for. Update(10/15/2024): Got my car back and the parking sensor is now out of the bumper, please if you have a newer car do not go to this shop.

I was in an accident and I needed work done on my front bumper. My usual body shop closed down and I wasn’t sure where to go. I was recommended to this place. It’s a little far from me, but I was told they did really good work.
They did not disappoint! The process was smooth and timely. They helped me make arrangements with a rental car to make it as convenient as possible. The work was done quickly and effectively! They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive customer service experience. Rafael & Ashley were extremely attentive and helpful. I will be recommending !!

CARSTAR is Fantastic!! The first time we used them our son’s brand new car had gotten stolen. We took it to them and had very quick turn around time. When they completed his car, you could not tell anything ever happened to it. Not a detail left out. Beautiful job!!
More recently, our daughter was driving her brand new 2024 and a deer ran out and into it doing heavy damage to the front drivers side. We got her car back a few days ago and it looks like she just drive it off the lot. Since it is a 2024 it took a little longer to get return, but that had nothing to do with CARSTAR. The parts were not available from Kia. However, they played a huge role in getting them and keeping us updated all the while. Even with that hindrance we still feel it was completed in a very timely manner. Bobby and his team are so easy to work with. You drop it off and they take care of the rest. Idris is especially kind and did a phenomenal job!!

I was faced with an unexpected and major repair (or possibly even full replacement) of my
Rear bumper. Estimate’s previously received ran from $400 up to over $1000 with my car out of service for 3 to 4 days. At the last minute, a friend reminded us of excellent prior service from CarStar in Riverside. What do I have to lose?
Bottom line: the bumper was very promptly repaired at a very customer-friendly price. GM Bobby was extremely helpful and considerate in making it all happen. VERY customer friendly and conscious!
I hope that future auto repairs will be extremely rare, you can be sure that CarStar in Riverside will be my ONE go-to for any repair needs. They were terrific!

This is only place I trust when it comes to a wrecked car! Ronnie helped me navigate the insurance company through my total loss and Stephanie was so helpful and friendly to me when I dropped my car off and had to come back to clean it out. It's traumatic when you're in an awful car accident and to have these friendly, trustworthy people by your side was such a relief!
