The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I don’t know if this is how they always show up, but they definitely showed out. They came prepared to meet our needs and safety transported my mom to her destination. They even waited around while they were registering her. I can’t say enough about how I appreciated their caring attitude. They will always be my go-to transport company for my mom!

Don't remember the contact lady I first spoke to, but she was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. They were all very professional. I met the crew when they arrived and was very impressed. Also, the ride wasn't bad. When I needed a ride home I was able book it with no hassle. I was very happy to finally get to my appointment. I'd definitely do and would continue to highly recommend A-1.

Honestly I wasn't aware of this company at all and no one ever recommended me to it but as I looked around for a fair/ cheaper price with good customer care across this on the web and I called them immediately and they picked up my call and they have been transporting my dear grandparents to and back from appointments. They are nice, professional and very courteous when it comes to their clients I will highly recommend anyone to A1. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Wellness Transportation serves several of my patients. They do an amazing job! They are responsible, kind, go the extra mile to assure patients are safe, comfortable, and arrive to their appointments as scheduled. Solomon is incredibly dependable and VERY reasonable financially!! They are without question the best in the industry!!!

The website directed me to a third party website to reserve a ride, but I didn’t receive a confirmation as the appointment date approached. I called the number on the website and got a voice mail. Again, no response. I ended up calling another company which has a human operator and booked a ride to the appointment.There are many 5-star reviews, last one was 6 months ago. It’s not my experience now. Is this company still in business?

My facility uses Wellness often, especially outside of normal business hours and weekends and holidays. Solomon and his crew are absolutely fantastic. Responsive, courteous and always help in getting patients settled in. From wheelchair to stretcher, short or long trips, they do it all! Knowing you have a partner in providing excellent care for your patients is one less thing to worry about in any healthcare setting. Thank you!

Needed transportation for my Uncle to/from dialysis for a month. Solomon was great! He cared about my Uncle, even making sure he had a coat when it was cold. He let me know when my Uncle's wheelchair brakes needed tightened. My Uncle said he was a great driver, which he has never said with any other transport service! They were always on time and communicated effectively with me and dialysis. As a nurse, I will continue to recommend Wellness Transportation!
