Carol and Alex were excellent. They had given us our space as we had asked and then when we were ready Alex had came and assisted us. They were both so knowledgeable and patient while we decided what we were after. Would definitely recommend these two!

I enjoy going in and seeing what's new on display. My wife likes me bringing her home surprises. Alex is great. Known him for quite a while.

Took way too long any time we had to go in. All the employees were either rude or didn't know what they were talking about. We bought the insurance on my husband's wedding ring, and when it needed fixed or replaced after 5 years they made it an ordeal even though we had all the paperwork. They were unable to replace with the same ring, so said we had to choose a new one. I asked if they would make up the difference in the ring price and they said no, so we just went with the one closest in price. That ring was low quality and got destroyed as well, but we are done dealing with them.
