Guaranteed to make everything wrong. My wife placed mobile order and text me to pick it up on my way home. Pulled up to the drive-thru told the clerk picking up a mobile order he confirmed the name a SAT and waited for about 15 minutes outside the drive-thru. Got my order and my bad assumed everything was there. Got it home all the ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers or not Junior bacons they were just classic cheeseburgers, did not know the wife ordered a large chili did not get it. Overall bad service bad execution of making the order correct when they had plenty of time. Needless to say always a disappointment, and yet I keep going back. One of these days they might redeem themselves who knows.

I can't speak on the food for this particular visit as we never got serviced. We stood for several minutes before being acknowledged. We were then told it would be a few minutes due to a drawer change. That's okay. It's part of the job. However after another minute or two, someone came up and said they had a register ready and someone could take our order but yet we still stood for about 2 minutes before giving up and leaving.

Just left this location about 10 minutes ago. I was a little shocked by the customer service we received. We were told that our menu options were going to be limited due to the fact that they like to close 10 minutes early. Ok well I was there about 20 minutes before closing. I apologized and she took my order. As I was waiting to pay I watched the drive through lady throw her head set and be very short with me. At that point I didn't trust the fact that My food would be safe to eat. If you are going to close at 10:50 then advertise that please. Maybe a little customer service training can help.

They actually locked both doors on a Sunday around noon. We were let in by other people already in the restaurant. We asked the guy about it when ordering food and he said the manager thought there were too many people in the drive through so he/she locked the doors. Not a great business strategy. I’d be concerned if I were the owner.

This location is pretty hit and miss with quality.But we have to give the utmost praise for one of the managers named Larry.He’s the nicest and respectful person.He’s so caring and kind when we come into this location for my lunch break.He also makes it a point to interact with our children and make them feel included, listened to, and cared for.He always goes above and beyond when we have been there.Thank you Larry! Your kindness and respect is noticed and appreciated.

The employee was really friendly and took the order with no issues. The food was ready really quick and tasted quick. It was a good portion for the price also.

Terrible. Can't get a simple one person order right and then closes thirty minutes earlier than supposed too. Waste of time and money, cold food, and raw burger. Should permanently be closed asap.

Has told as soon as I pulled that they were short staffed and only had 2 employees and that incase goingnto be waiting 15 minutes for my door dash order to pick up and the store did not appear to be busy at all ive worked for Wendy's, sonic drive in and plenty of times only was me and a manager working the whole store and never once told a guest that they were gonna be waiting g 15 minutes for an order nothing on the Wendy's menu has a 15 minute cook time not even raw chicken at most only takes 5 minutes so by far worst experience I've ever had with fast food unfortunately can't choose witch store locations through the dasher app because if it werenpossible id choose to never receive orders from this locationn

Second time going to store on rangeline and they messed up my order both times. I asked for extra butter and sour cream, they gave me none. The first time I went there only 1 person working the whole store and I understand being stressful but attitude was not good. Never got my receipt or fork for food either. Very
