My doctor did not call in a prescription for pin needles I needed for my medication, and I did not have the money to purchase them at the time. The pharmacist gave me a box of the needles I needed for free to get me through until I got paid. I don't know another Pharmacy that would actually do that and I am very very grateful. I don't remember the pharmacist's name but she was awesome! Thank you so much for your kindness!

My sweetheart was just released from the hospital from surgery. Our go to pharmacy had issues and we were able to get her script moved and filled within 20 minutes of a phone call.

Explain how yesterday I picked up my 8 year old prescription and I have he's and.. the other bottle gave to him has another man by the name sebastian lagoda name on the bottle which I had been giving my child before noticing today same med not the right name or the right instructions I would like a manager to react out

Just want to give a shout out to the Pharmacist Katelyn. My wife had an issue with her prescription and Katelyn was very informative and took the time to promptly follow up with the doctor to get the issue resolved. Even called to update me before the issue was resolved just to let me know she hadn't forgot about us. Very impressed!

On several occasions I've received the wrong medication that I'm allergic too,the special written instructions on how the meds are supposed to be filled aren't followed half the time! I don't know if it's because your techs are just lazy or don't care! This is a liability issue at the least! Unfortunately this is a pattern of inconsistency and poor service!!! Your customer service skills have needed major improvements for quite some time!!!

No customer service, unhelpful and rude pharmacy techs, will be filling elsewhere.Couldn’t fill my branded prescription for over a week because according to them, their system kept filling generic. I called multiple times to specify I needed branded prior to refill, but I still went over a week without my medication because of this negligence. I’ve had this issue multiple times when I try to refill, too. They finally had to call another Walmart to fill it after a week and I was nearly in tears with frustration, but they only had a month supply (I typically receive 3 months). The manager was kind and very apologetic, so I felt like it was just a mistake and it was okay.Went today to fill it. The pharmacy tech was incredibly condescending and snotty saying I don’t have any more refills. I did. I showed her the script, but then got in response it was too soon for them to fill it. No duh, because I was only able to receive 1 month instead of my usual 3. Was turned away and told to come back tomorrow to get it.I am shocked by these attitudes and initial unwillingness to help from the pharmacy techs. Luckily for me my prescription in non-life dependent; however, I would be horrified to know that anyone who has life-dependent medication has this issue with negligence as well. I will be filling my prescription elsewhere for now on.

I had a prescription called in for antibiotics. I waited at least 3-4 hours before arriving to store to pick up order only to be informed that they were out of the medication. They offered a next day fill — however, I informed them I could not wait as I felt absolutely horrible. I had to request that they call other locations to check availability of medication.I would have appreciated a call to let me know that the medication was not available and would have definitely appreciated if they were proactive to locate the much needed medication locally for me.Poor customer service to be sure.
