The pharmacists are wonderful! All of them are kind and very helpful, especially Luke. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my doctor didn't explain anything to me but Luke took the time to not only explain things but also showed me how to do my injections, where to go for more help, and even where I can save money through coupons. This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been to and I really appreciate that they take the time to care for people.

I'm throughly disgusted with the service (or lack of ) I get from this pharmacy. I have given them 4 chances to simply do what they said they were gonna do and NOTHING! I have 3 prescriptions that I get monthly without fail. 2 of them they don't keep up with the demand. They say it's a popular medicine, and that they would flag my account and make sure that they always have it on hand for me. Without fail they always tell me that they haven't flagged my account and that they didn't order it, but they could call around town and see if they could find it for me. The whole point of me wanting using this pharmacy is it's in my neighborhood. It's close. I'm sorry but if a business can't take care of customers that come to them on a regular basis then apparently they don't appreciate my business. If a business can't look in their computer and see how many people come to their establishment month after month to get a certain item then order that amount and keep it in stock, then they are poor business people. I've pretty much begged them to take my business and money and they pretty much refuse. So goodbye, you have lost my business. I know I just a represent a penny to them in the whole grand scheme of things but reputation plays a part in this as well. I guess I expected more from them, shame on me I guess. I will drive further and go back to Walgreens who know how to do business with me.
