Today is the 3rd time Pharmacy called me saying I was late on refilling a Rx. I informed her that I wasn’t and I was gonna call it in next week. But since you woke me up go ahead and refill it. Turns out they were refilling the wrong dosage. My Dr changed it 3 months ago because it was making my heart rate to low. All I could think of is what if I was an elderly patient with dementia and just picked it up and took the pills. This could of given me a stroke or heart attack and possibly die. The Pharmacist didn’t catch it either. The Tech that answered the phone said “well we fill a lot of Rx daily “ OMG ?

I bought instant Starbucks in a tin can
The shelf said 6.99
When I got home I realized they charged me 10.99
Other then another passport photo, they will never get another penny from me.

I would fire the long haird dirty looking d bag for being extremely rude. The young lady was professional but he needs to go. Good luck Walgreens.

The lady with the pink hair could not have been more unprofessional - she was incredibly rude. I've heard terrible things about this pharmacy, and now I know why.

Went to Walgreens at 20th and Rangeline in Joplin. My mom and I were buying some vitamins. I placed my moms on the counter and paid for them. Before the transaction was completed the clerk was yelling at another employee that was helping another customer to hurry and get over there because she was done and we had another order. As she completed moms order I placed my vitamins around the barrier and she grabbed her stool and walked away. The other employee was still tied up with the other customer. No one to check me out! Needless to say I left my vitamins and will no longer ever step foot in their door because I must be a nuisance!

I went to pickup a prescription that I was out of and the pharmacy was closed without any notice or warning so I called another Walgreens and they said not my store not my problem. Great customer service.Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy because this company is a joke when it comes to problem solving.

Nice and clean, shelves perfectly stocked. Prices are higher but very worth it when most every store around is closed. Busy Christmas day.
