The last 2 times I have been here has been the WORST service I have ever had! We had our medicines switched from Walmart to Walgreens because we temporarily do not have insurance and the prices are cheaper! They refused to give me the ivermectin because it’s not FDA approved to treat Covid yet my DOCTOR prescribed it to me but another pharmacy had no problem giving it to me found out that it’s not corporate policy it’s up to the pharmacist discretion but if I am willing to take some thing that my doctor prescribed to me and it’s a medication that the pharmacy carries and had filled but wouldn’t give it to me because I had Covid is ridiculous once I did start taking the medicine I felt perfectly fine in two days. This time got a medicine filled after an appointment and they argued about giving it to me because the dose was higher than they normally give out. I had to pull up the MyMe cu page to show it was added to the chart like that as well and she started to refuse to give it to me then. I get that their job is to inform about medication‘s but it should be illegal for them to withhold a medication that is a non-narcotic from being filled and given to you when you were fine with it and your doctor prescribed it. One is an antibiotic and the other is a hormone! Seriously get your crap together!

One of the things this pharmacy is notorious for is making customers wait after giving them a time like 30min and the even though I gave them 45-50min before returning to get my script! I don’t know how many time this has happened to me! Or the person in front who is waiting in the line for them to finish and not moving! But if it was me they would make me move! Completely done! Y’all have lost 4 long time customers!

Really nice and clean Walgreens! I printed some photos out here and they were literally ready in five minutes.

Walgreens tv commercials say that they deliver your meds to your door. We have found out now for Joplin they no longer do that. I am disabled and I do not drive or have the Internet to sign up for mail delivery for my meds. Customer service is going down the toilet. My insurance only takes Walgreens refill services. Soooooo tada. so Uber it is.

Took over 5-min to even get acknowledged in line just to be told that it's going to take another 15-min to fill the order. Even though it was called in earlier in the week. It's not rocket science guys and a little more effort to be friendly would help humanity.

As far as I'm concerned Walgreens is a rock star I was out of my meds in which I need to live. My part D insurance screwed up & Walgreens still made sure I got my meds. Thank you' thank you everyone at the Walgreens pharmacy at the west 7th. St. Store in Joplin,Mo. for helping me out.

I've been going to this location for almost 3 years. During this time my insurance was usually complicated. The staff always work patiently and diligently to make sure I get my medications as I need them.
