Absolutly terrible customer service. Treated my boyfriend with so much disrespect, called him a creep and made me want to cry. One lady said he could be in the changing area, then another came in screaming at him calling him names. I will never bring my business here ever again. Your employees need training on how to be decent people, especially the lady that made me and my boyfriend feel so uncomfortable.

This was the most disorganized store I’ve ever been to… every panty drawer was in a big mixed up pile, bras were overstuffed so you couldn’t even get the drawer open, leggings and tshirts in PINK were in piles. Their clearance merchandise wasn’t even sized. It was insane. There were so many employees, but it looked like no one had straightened a thing that day.

The sales were great! The young girl working on the pink side, measured me,, told me I wore a 32 c, so I bought some bras,: & panties 10 for 35, the bras were too small, I will have to drive 45 minutes to the mall again, just to exchange the bras. Gas is very high right now, & the frustration of getting there,, and returning the bras is so disappointing,,, I love Victoria secret, but this taught me to always trust my instincts & try one one next time

I went in to Victoria’s Secret yesterday and I had 4 or 5 different employees tell me that the love cloud bras are 2 for $54. And they rang up as a normal price at at $49.95.I just got off the phone with one of the ladies,They had all managers working yesterday and today. Also said they couldn’t do anything on giving me the 2 bras that I got for the $54, but if I wanted to bring them in and exchange them for 2 different bras that were actually the 2 for $54 I can. Even though I am already wearing one of the bras.I feel like they should of done something besides saying I can bring them back and get 2 different ones instead.I am very upset!!

One of my favorite places to shop. Always has cute clothes at good prices and great smelling body mists and lotions. Just wish they would bring back more of the bling clothes.

I took my daughter in for a fitting today wearing a bra that fits but she is out growing quickly. The lady that helped us with the fitting suggested that I buy a bra that is bigger around by one size and a smaller cup by 5 sizes to make a sale not a happy momma.

Came into the store with a bad idea of what I needed and was so overwhelmed and stressed out when I tried on what I picked out. SARAH in the fitting room was 11/10 incredible helping me and making me feel comfortable. She asked great questions and explained to me the styling of each bra she brought me. I ended up buying BOTH! She really knew her stuff and I'm so grateful.

Piles of full priced merchandise in bins in front of the sales section, associate when asked about it had a nice little snot tone. For a store that is far from at its peak, only one associate working the Pink section was remotely friendly. Others didn’t glance up from their task or conversations with the other associates. I turned down the promo offering in the end because I cannot see myself ever needing to return to that location, maybe even the company itself.
