Joplin doesn't have 5g towers and was told they will get them soon and it's been a year now. I have one bar 90% of the time and I can't even do my virtual doctors appointments I had to get a hot spot from Verizon just to use my phone and I am hooked on a contract.They offered any phone for free and that was a complete joke and you have to pay the taxes before you can leave and my gift card for trading my phone in didn't come in the first couple months like they said took over 6 months and several calls. So all comes down to what is the point of getting a phone that doesn't even get more than one bar of service in the store I even had the manager show me their phone and it had one bar the staff also told me if is switched to them that my bill would be less and when I got the phones it was more go figure. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS IF YOU LIVE IN JOPLIN. But the staff is friendly but they are only the middle man.

Terrible service. The manager flat out refused to help me in store and said if I had a better deal through customer service that I would have to call them and have the phone shipped. He refused to call customer service and coordinate with them to get me the phone with the promo I was offered and stated that he would only assist me if I took the promo he was offering in store. I ended up having to walk nearly five miles to Webb City in ridiculous heat and humidity to have an authorized dealer call in to customer service and take care of me. PS, I would definitely recommend going to Webb city instead. They were fantastic, it only took one call to customer service to get me a new phone, and Justin answered all of my questions and resolved all of my issues.

Joplin mo Rangeline location associate was rude and unhelpful! Told me to call customer service. Went to Miami, Ok location and they were wonderful!

I'm tired of the service. We have been with us cellular for over 30 years now. The last 6 years it just keeps getting worse with the service. We travel and NEVER EVER have any service. We have 3 businesses and can never get service even in our own town . When we call our local store we are mediTely cut off and sent to customer service ice to an automated recording . The main complaint I have is the billing . Every single month it is wrong and or different .we make 1000 payments and it never shows on our billing. We are swit hing I'm tired ofThe service. They have one excellent employee kwhich is Kathryn.

ONLY EVER INCONVENIENT!!!IF ONLY I COULD REVIEW MORE THAN ONCE! SO MUCH TO SAY!So, I switched to US Cellular because I was guaranteed a military discount, as well as reimbursement for my phone installments (making my phone free as a promotion for switching) and these NEVER went to effect. I've had to go in, every single time asking them to fix it and reminding them that it is their responsibility to ensure their customers accounts are in good standing and set up the way they advertise. I have tried to schedule an appointment to come in and show them where I am being over charged only to be told I can't do that and I have to wait in line every time, as if I am not a busy person. I have never raised my voice or shown any signs of contempt, and still I am greeted with agitation and almost a sense of guilt for coming in to get the promo I was promised. I do not appreciate this company, Nor the customer service I have received from the beginning and in closing, my phone that I'm paying more than I was quoted for, decides not to work half of the time. Regardless of service bars.

I thought at$t was bad. This company is the worst. The coverage is so bad. The speed is like watching paint dry. If I could give negative reviews I'd happily do so. From the first day I got the phone($1200) it's been this way with NO help from the company. Good luck getting someone on the line to help. They charge to speak to a actual person.

I do not recommend this company!!! This is the most unprofessional phone company. I’m not even a week into my current month bill cycle and they turn my phone off. And I called them and said I have 6 months past due! Which is completely false! I have been up to date on my bill and now they’re saying that I can’t have my phone numbers and I’m not allowed to switch carriers! I have been several different things by several different people!!! Horrible freaking company!!!

Loved the customer service BUT I'M ONLY 2 BLOCKS from the US Cellular store and I never get more than 1 or maybe 2 bars on my phone!
