U.S. Bank is really dropping in customer service. Branch in Webb City as well as the Branch on the Northpark Mall Parking lot both in the state of Missouri. The tellers are a reflection of leadership, then change out the leadership. My last two transactions have been very poor. Even with the bank card/ account provided, the teller manages to complete the transaction, but it is with the wrong account completely and can't follow directions. I strongly suggest that you double check the tellers who are unprofessional and clearly lack attention to detail. Working with money I would think the leadership would make sure the front line/ tellers would be trained. Trained and not "BLAME" the customer for their lack of attention to detail with basic fundementals of banking. The ultimate insult is listening to the tellers joke, poke and then not even have the professionalism to apologise for their lack of professionalism and execution of the directions of the customer. A very "non caring" attitude. U.S. Bank, bring back Clifford Wert, at least he understood customer service and cared.

Went to cash in my change but was denied because the "machine was down" it was 2 minutes until close. I come back the next day ask if the machine was down the day before. I was told no it wasn't. Worker cared more about leaving then helping me. The day I was denied was March 1st.

Didn’t catch the name but caught her rude attitude and looks towards me several times. My work banks through them every day and we never have any troubles with anyone except 1 lady and she’s always rude to us. She worked the closing shift on 7/26/21 and I believe she wears glasses

We are moving our corporate accounts. This branch in particular is broken and seemingly unconcerned about fixing it. Very long wait times, indifferent employees and apathetic to correcting their frequent mistakes.

Moving our corporate accounts. Never less than a 45 minute wait. I asked a while back if they planned on getting more help to speed up the process. The answer was no. Do not reccomend.

This was the 4th branch I called trying to get assistance today. The gentleman that answered wasnt helpful and wouldnt let me talk to anyone else. I have now been on hold at the customer service line for 15 minutes.My account was randomly reopened after a year of being closed and O have negative charges for "statement fees" totally unacceptable behavior for a business. If not addressed I will report to BBB.

Incredibly slow service. Contently messing up our deposits and change orders. The tellers are also incredibly rude and condescending!

DO NOT Bank here they don’t care about you all they care about is money, and that not just this branch it’s us bank as a whole. If you find yourself in a tough spot they will do nothing to help you. Expect charge you more and more money and say there is nothing they can do call customer service and guess what they say the same thing.

I sold something and was paid by US Bank cashier's check. They charged me $7.00 to cash a Cashier's Check issued by US Bank. The buyer of the item told me that US Bank charged him $8 to issue the cashier's check. So, they made a total of $15 on this transaction in addition to whatever account fees he has been paying them for the last couple of decades that he has been one a clients. I closed my account with US Bank 10 years ago because of poor customer service and excessive fees. Here is another great example of why I refuse to do business with them. In addition, they unnecessarily collected personal information that has nothing to do with this transaction. The manager was rude and pompous when I asked for an explanation. I am well aware that these decisions are not made at the store level. So, I don't blame any of the employees for this issue of course. She didn't know the answer to my question. Instead, she acted like it was a personal insult for me to ask why US Bank needed my personal information.

The company I work for uses this bank. Maybe it is just this branch, but the drive thru customer service is awful. If there is more than one car is in the drive thru it will take a minimum of 5 minutes for them to talk to you. Then add another 5 -10 minutes for the transaction to be done. These people are suppose to be professionals in the banking business, they lack serious training. I would NEVER use US Bank for my personal finances. I would recommend SMB Bank, their customer service far exceeds any bank I have used.
