I have banked with US Bank for 19 years. I moved to Oklahoma in 2011 and still bank with US Bank. This week I drove 100 miles to the Joplin branch on 32nd street from my home to open another account plus take care of other business. Those who wish to see a dysfunctional bank take a drive to Oklahoma.

This location is awful. The manager doesn't seem to know her job or anything about her bank. Asked for the corporate number and she gave me the call center number. As a business owner myself and being a manager for over 30 years you know your corporate number or how to find it. What a mess.

Absolutely atrocious business practice. Purposefully leaving out overdraft information, lying about ACH payments, and letting inexperienced out of state employees setup accounts. Disgusting

The tellers are friendly but it's crazy how ridiculously slow the service is. Every time I use the drive thru I'm stuck waiting for at least 10 or 15 minutes, often longer. It's been this way for a while now and I dont understand why they don't fix the situation. I guess they're just permenately understaffed?? I've been with us bank for a long time but pretty sure I'm going to be changing banks very soon.

The tellers are friendly, I just don't understand why banks operate at the hours that they do. Would it not make more sense to have banks open prior to average work hours and a little after also? Not 30 minutes after a person's work day started lol.I just don't understand the sense in having to sit to wait to give my money to a bank that just reinvests it through fractional economics, and I don't see a dime of what they make from that lol.I have been here for 20 minutes to just deposit a check. That should not have taken that long....you just opened.The worst part, I am behind another vehicle, they were the first and they have been waiting 12 minutes at least. Is this going to be an hour wait for a check to be deposited?Why not have hours 7 to 7 on weekdays, and on Saturdays 1 to 3. Sundays, ??♂️If this is my only option in Joplin for USB, I think I may consider other options.

This bank is awful. I went inside to cash a check and they told me they don't do inside transactions and I'd have to go to the long drive through from now on?? All the other banks are open to doing inside transactions. I felt it was discriminatory and bad business to have this kind of rude attitude towards customers who want to just go inside and do a small transactions instead of having to sit in a long drive through. It's shameful. Shame on this bank.

Do not go here in a hurry. Or before clearing your plans for the next hour because this bank takes FOREVER. The past three times I've been here, it has taken 20-30 min. It's like they know how slow their service is because they pulled the blinds all the way down on the window so you can't see how many tellers there are. By the rate of service, my guess would be there's only one helping all 4 drive thrus. Time to look for a bank with better customer service.

This branch is horrible. They are always slow and Backed up,and have made me late multiple times. unfortunately it’s only going to get worse because US Bank is closing the majority of the branches in town. Considering changing banks which is Unfortunate because I have been a US Bank customer for 20 years.

Ever since the branch on East 32nd Street closed US Bank service sucks. The branch on 32nd and Main has the worst and slowest service ever. I have been a customer for 12 years and will be finding another bank. Their decision to close that branch was horrible it was the best branch they had for fast and friendly service. I guess once they closed it they decided to put up curtains at the other so we couldn’t see how poorly staffed that branch is. Shame in you US Bank.
