Absolute worst bank I've ever used. They like to Return checks you deposited in the atm bc your signature wasn't perfect and you can never reach anyone when you call and it takes forever to get anything done.. As a business owner who pays payroll I cannot have my deposits randomly sent back to my customers bc my bank doesn't like my signature after years with them. I'll be moving to another bank the very moment I get enough time to do so. This bank should be out of business.

Unfortunately i had to give then one star just to do a review.Had to call Carthage US Bank to get the answer to a question ive tried to get for a week from this and other joplin locations about a transaction at their atm.Told me to call the actual company for the debit card itself.

Friendly, professional, private and easy access. It's how a bank should be. We came in for a Notary witness and they took us in immediately. The person that helped us was engaging and we enjoyed our brief conversation and were in and out quickly.

Absolutely awful. I would strongly recommend against banking with U.S. Bank. I called this location to ask about a lost account and was told rudely, and with attitude that she could not help me and that I needed to be transferred to member card services. Here, they confirmed that I did not need to be transferred there and went to transfer me back. The call never transferred properly and kept transferring me back to card member services. I went to the carthage location where I opened the account originally to find it. once it was found, I found out I was being charged $4.00 fee that resulted in my account closing. when sighing up for this account, I was told that there would be no fees, this is the only reason I agreed to an account. I received no notice by mail or email. my assumption is that it was in the app that I don't have and could never get logged inro. I am extremely upset that's over $200 was stolen from me.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I have a trust set up with them. They are extremely hard to work with. They could care less about your needs. I have been dealing with them for years now and only way to take my trust out of their bank is to take them to court and they threatened me with tieing it up in probate if I tried to do that and then I would get nothing until court was done and that could take years so I'm told.

Been with US Bank for many years even when it was Mercantile Bank, and a few other names.They've always done good by us.They've made mistakes, as have we.We always work well together and they take care of our needs.

Had to make appt to get into the safe deposit box. Very friendly. Accommodating.What I didn't like was that there were no tellers available for bank transactions.

All of the bankers and tellers at US Bank on Main St are very friendly and helpful. I know they aren't a local bank, but they're local people and I always feel like they're trying to work with me any time I've had an issue. I wouldn't bank with anyone else.
