Just a quick thanks. Placed an order in San Diego on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. By comparison I had a package over nighted by FedEx and it took 8 days, and half the distance. Great job!!

I am not sure if people that work here are just rude or lazy, maybe both. UPS has a secure hold on my address, or some kind of wording like that. It simply means that someone has to be at my address in order to sign for an item when it is delivered, or they will not leave it. I have made several attempts over the last 3 years, and signed acouple (at least 3) "letters" stating that I would like items delivered, and left at my residence (That is why I pay shipping and handling). It is all to no avail. Yesterday, I get home to find another notice that my package has been taken to a secure location. The location is in fact so secure that there is no address on the notice of where my package would be. I assume Tyler street cause it is where I always go to get packages, and sign letters, and complain about missing work and them not delivering items to my address like a Karen, because AGAIN REALLY? I go to Tyler street where I always go to repeat the definition of insanity: "Take the hold off my address, and stop making me miss work". To which, they say ok, and sure enough I will have to go pick up my packages from there anyways, well maybe. Today was different. Not only did they never ever take the hold off my address they never ever put an address of where my package would be, or what time for that matter. After I signed another letter, I was told that my package was all the way across town around Michaels, actually in Michaels. I didn't even know that there was a UPS store in Michaels. I drove around Michaels for 15 minutes trying to find a UPS store. I called the Tyler street location again and found out it was inside the store. I went into Micheals to get my package thinking it was there. I was told by the supervisor Glen that it was there. I had a notice saying it was there. It was the end of the line and I could go to work, but after waiting in line at customer service, I was told that the package wasn't there and was still on the truck. It hadn't been delivered to Michaels yet and I was given a run around about another label or something had to be created before they could even drop it off there. I called Tyler street again where I spoke with the supervisor Glen again. He was terribly rude and basically told me there was nothing he could do, my package was still on the truck. He told me that I could sit and wait at Micheals if I chose to. I was told the driver wouldn't redeliver the package to my house because of the secure notice (even though he had a letter) and that I couldn't meet the driver on his route to get it. I could basically sit and wait or come back to Michaels later to get it. I have missed work. This man literally had me in tears and had me running all over town on a wild goose chase looking for a package at a store that was still on a truck in which I paid to have delivered to my house. Glen ended the call by saying he was done talking about it. My package was not his problem. No apologies. No package. No fixing anything. Just a man behind a counter refusing to do anything, especially his job.

Zero stars
Had a 2 day delivery an it arrived here, the black hole of UPS warehouses. Well because of "sorting" issues they said it's delayed and rerouted to its correct destination in Sedalia instead..... Yeah that's not neosho or even close to its destination.
When I inquired I was told that's how our UPS routes work via automated response lol yeah right, you either messed up or lost it. Be better nextime, because it's past the delivery time I got this morning. And it's definitely not the 2 day quality service people pay for. Scandalous charging folks a service you just cannot provide.
Seeing the copy paste responses from the owner just show they don't care.
Zero stars deserved from the service here an retraining is needed after looking at others reviews.

Package was delivered torn and looked like it had been ran over. Contained my Mother's Death Certificate from another state. Certificate was torn inside. Very upset.

I just wish once you guys would actually deliver my package one-time. Stop sending my packages to the USPS in the same freaking town. You add more time to my delivery and your system sucks at updating the correct delivery times. You guys suck, never do I ship with UPS and I hate when businesses ship through UPS. Horrible, Horrible just close down already.
Once again another package delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the neighbors 2 blocks away on a different street finished doing your job. Worst delivery company known to this planet.

UPS I believe finds the worst, incompetent and lazy people to work for them and it shows, will start cancelling orders if they insist on using UPS as the delivery service because I'll never get my package. I have been promised 2 times I will receive my package before noon so I can be home to sign for it and they haven't.

I was supposed to get my Christmas package Saturday, which requires an adult signature. Was sitting in the living room right by the front door with the TV on when the UPS guy came. He didn't bother to leave the package. Just a note on the door saying delivery was attempted, but noone was home. Left another one Monday, which I signed and stuck back on the door. Also tried changing the pickup address, which they wanted to charge $15 to do (FedEx doesn't charge anything BTW) and ultimately couldn't do because the previous owner of this residence still has a UPS account in their name and they only allow 1 account per address! It's now Wednesday and still no sign of my package. The note is still stuck to the door. Horrible company. 1 star is too many for UPS's Joplin branch....

I ordered a package and it’s been in my town for about two days. I got a note on my door asking me to sign it. I tired to change it to where I could pick it up in person but it wouldn’t let me I called UPS and asked for help and they just told me to sign the note. So I signed the note that they left and put it back on the door. Keep in mind the note said if you sign it they will leave it there for you. I went to check on my package just for it to say it wasn’t delivered because I wasnt there. Even tho I signed the paper. I’m getting very frustrated that I can’t even get my package.

Absolutely worst company in the world.Quit delivering to me because of my old 'violent' dog that had no teeth and was lazy. He is now passed away and still refuses to leave my package. So now I have to drive an hour away to get my packages that are sometimes there but most of the time they have already sent back. The lady today chased me out of the store and said don't come back to this property because I stated that they were horrible customer service

0 stars Because I'm so sick of your drivers, blocking my driveway. If you're delivering packages to the house across the street, then park across the street. Stop blocking my driveway!!!! And you got one more driver to flip me off. And then we're gonna have problems.

I ordered a package and was told that it would be delivered on Friday June 2nd, the package tracked all the way to the Joplin Distribution Center then said out for delivery. After asking the driver who came through my neighborhood if he had my package he said he couldn't find it. so I checked the website and found that the Distribution Center could not find my address. How incompetent are you? Your business is delivering to addresses in this area. You said you couldn't find the address because it said Avenue interested of Circle. A simple Google search would have shown you the exact address location. I've included a picture to show you how incompetent you are! There is literally a sign that says avenue, I want my money back!!!!!! Please include a check when you finally figure out where I live. Thank you!
