“First off , Pat the owner rocked our experience with Uhaul. He met me after hours and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire moving experience.
There is not enough nice things I can say about this place and I am a regular user of Uhaul ( 9 moves within 6 years).
I wish that Uhaul had all of their dealers up to the Daystar standard of service.
My son in law had reserved a trailer in another location to bring some of our belongings from Baytown Texas up to us. The Baytown dealer rented the trailer out to someone else and threw the entire moving schedule into a 24 hour delay. Pat was able too tweak my reservation and schedule and believe me it was a major help in relieving some of the stress, as I head for my finals.”
“I rented a truck to pick up my washer and dryer. Staff was kind, friendly, and moved the process along quickly. When I got to the place to pick up my washer and dryer, they had closed already despite them telling me they’d be open that day. U-Haul refunded my money for the truck. I only had it for about 40 minutes instead of the 24 hours I originally rented it for. They just did it out of the kindness of their hearts! I will definitely be using this place for all of my needs in the future! Thanks, U-haul!”
