I have been to this groomer twice and will not be returning. The first time I went, my dog was returned to me with little to no noticeable difference in appearance. Due to this, upon going my second time I asked for "medium to short." I was asked if I would like length taken off the whole body and I said yes. When my dog was returned to me, she was entirely shaved. Never once, was shaving her mentioned or asked. Upon looking at her further, she is shaved down to her skin on her chest area with random long patches around it. The skin is red and irritated. I would have never allowed shaving as shaving an Aussie in is unhealthy for their coat and does not allow their body to regulate their temperature.Additionally, they are not consistent with pricing as I was charged $35 (medium dog pricing) my first visit and $65 (large dog pricing) my second visit. The owner's attitude was not welcoming or friendly as she acted like she couldn't be bothered. Attached is pictures of before her grooming and after.

We take our cat here every few months and she always does an awesome job! Full lion mane cut, paws trimmed up and nails done. She’s fast too, and can always get us in fairly quickly.

Our German Shepherd is always really soft and clean when we pick him up. He’s done quickly and he’s well taken care of.

They do a great job. I am never worried when I drop off my dog to be groomed. My dog always looks and smells great afterwards.

Ricky Donut only gets trimmed by Kobie. We got kicked out of other places. Seriously though she’s great.

The groomers at this establishment have always treated me well. I would trust my dogs with Kobe and her crew any time. They are thorough with the the hair cuts and other grooming services they provide. Pricing is very reasonable compared to others around this area. Every interaction I have is positive. 5/5 stars easy.

We have been with Kobie for years and she is wonderful. She does a great job with the pups, and they never act like it is a scary place to go to, which we appreciate. Kobie is personable, and always easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer to call home.

Very caring people who are kind to your pup and will take subtle notes for how you want the cut to turn out! I really feel good about leaving my GoldenDoodle in their care. The only thing is was surprised by was how long my pup was expected to be there. 4-5 hours of being caged or on a groomers table seems like a long time for a scheduled appointment. I’m sure summers are harder due to high volume of clients. Just a note to help new pet owners manage expectations on timing.
