Wife and i drove all over town looking for a recliner that was comfortable enough for me. We finally found one at this store. Turned out they did not have one locally but had one in a store 40 miles away. Was told it would take 5-6 days to get it here, but would be on the next truck. I called when it shoul have been in, it wasnt. Employee called me back later and said it wasnt on the truck Nd honestly he did not even have an eta at that time???? I called back next day, talked with a manager. He informed me that they dont actually have trucks that deliver between stores like most do and the only trucks they have for that is another company that makes monthly runs from Springfield to Joplin so it would be another month !! You kidding me ?? BUT they have a district manager with a pickup that occasionally makes runs and he could possibly pick it up before then!!Ok ao in a month the truck is full again what then ???Very VERY bad business practice, yes its just a chair but it is also the taking care of your customers practice and you didnt do it. Zero stars for this.

It is posted on the doors your hours are 7am-7pm. Pulled in the parking lot and doors are locked. Might as well not reopen

Don't buy your windows here. They help load them and when we came back home it broke. The purchase was under 24 hours and we went back with the window and receipt and they said " we can't do anything about it" and gave us a glass replacement referral. Take your business to lowes or home depot.

Do NOT buy furniture from Sutherlands. I spent over $1600 on a recliner and sofa April 2022. Had to take the sofa in once for repair and recliner twice. July 1st 2023 the recliner broke again. Took it in and got "sorry its out of warranty". I take good care of my stuff, and my kids were never allowed to sit in my recliner. I have never seen lower quality furniture in my life

It's time for them to go----customer service is non-existent !!! Very handicap unfriendly . If the garden center is open , common sense would tell you to open the doors and have some carts available . They still claim they can't get people to work --- I don't buy that .

I only bought some wood fuel pellets so my experience was limited. The lady who rang up my purchase was very nice and the young man who loaded the pellets into my vehicle was very pleasant.

Better than Homedepot and Lowes!! Sutherlands has a better selection and quality of everything you need. They have it all it seems like. From lumber to furniture to farm supplies and more! We drove farther to shop for corigated metal Homedepot didn't have near us. We have always enjoyed Sutherlands for their friendly customer service and love that they are family owned. We made a good size purchase today and they saved us 20% at the checkout just by sending a text for an instant coupon, no credit card app enrollment sales pitch or pushed!!
