So I’ve been using this place to get my oil changed for YEARS customer service is always great everyone is always super kind and they get you in and out really fast never had an issue with that. But today when I went to go get my oil changed I brought my own oil and filter as I always have and I was told they no longer did the service with customer purchased material… I understand it must be a policy change at no fault of the people who do the job. But it just seems silly as it shouldn’t be causing any loss of profit and honestly I can do it myself I just prefer not to and I’ve always had a great experience with the customer service at this location so I’ve chose to spend the money to have it done there until now I guess.

Well I received some coupons in the mail a few days ago. Our Dodge has been in need of an oil change for a while, so I thought why not give Strickland Brothers a try. Of course the coupon was a incentive, but the service I received was excellent with a friendly staff and was finished less than 10:00 minutes. I would recommend them and will use their services again.

The employees were nice and the change was pretty quick.At first they told me conventional will not work for my car and I asked why. He then came back and said yes you can put conventional oil in your car.I am quoted 49.99 for an oil change and when finished the receipt includes a $3.00 "Shop Supplies Charge". What other shop supplies are there with an oil change?As a consumer the only thing I remember as I drive off is knowing a bill was padded with a measly $3.00 charge that should have quoted to begin with.Not showing any respect for a customer like this and treating me this way does nothing to build trust and loyalty. I felt like they lied to me and sneaked in a charge on me.I do not return to these kinds of establishments.

Does an excellent job. It costs a little more than others, but they use quality materials which I am willing to pay for.
