Yesterday I was bringing my family over to switch from a different provider to T Mobile, Rey was able to assist us and I just to want to say Rey was a MVP! Switching over was hard because my phone carrier did not want things to switch over that easily, but yet Rey was able to push thru, the other remaining staff members were there and the way the assisted customers was very professional and friendly from what I saw! This store has some amazing workers here and I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone!BIG SHOUTOUT FOR REY BEING THE BEST! ?

I dislike T-Mobil. I have been a customer for 6 months. The service is terrible, and if you travel, stay away. 5g is slower than dial up, and the customer service is horrid. All-in-all I have spent roughly 11 hours trying to update something as simple as my payment method. I tried everything. I tried online, via telephone (twice), and through the app several times, all to no avail. I ended up taking off work to go to a store. I ended up going to two stores. This was my second store, where I finally got my problem taken care of (fingers crossed anyways). The staff seems capable, they were friendly, answered questions, and referred me to the proper channels for future issues. Fingers crossed I can just return the phones and get out of the "noncontract"/contract.

Just installed the new T Mobile Home Internet 5G. Very impressed with easy same day pay, take home DIY set-up and all devices and streaming working great. Love the store and one on one interaction with associate. $50 per month. Can’t beat that. rw

Terrible customer service. I sat in the store waiting for a rep to help me for over 30mins, and they helped the guy who walked inside immediately. I didn't even get a chance to tell anyone what I needed help with. 0/5.

I went in to see Christian at the store today because I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with T-Mobile for almost 2 months thru the Support phone number. They put me on hold, transfer to another agent , hang up on me, etc, never get anything resolved, never let me speak to a supervisor or manager, I have been on the line with music for over an hour.Christian was wonderful, he reviewed my account information and went right to work. he resolved the issue with his support team in a short while and now everyone is really happy.if you need a new phone or internet or watch, just stop in and see Christian, he can help you out and make you happy.Thank you ChristianLes Sparks

Decades long VZ customers now T-Mobile customers, saving money and better benefits. The associates at this store are head and shoulders above the competition. They proved to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

These employees are useless, narrow minded, lazy trash. When it comes to making sure the customers are satisfied with the service recieved in the store. When they say there is nothing they can do because their system doesn't let them, what they actually mean is they just don't want to do what is needed for the customer.

I changed over to T- mobile back in February 2022 , buying a new phone . The tower behind my house has been down the entire time !!! They have no idea , when or if it will be repaired . My service is poor and of course I am locked in for two years !!! I do NOT recommend this company or their services. Or should I say " being charged for very poor service " . BEWARE ---- BEWARE !!!
