I had to use the automated teller machine outside because it could perform a transaction the tellers inside could not.

They look great from the outside, but walk right on in, and you will be greeted by their fakest teller's grins. Don't be mistaken, as soon as you leave they will joke about your balances, and your inquiries. Worst environment to be in. But it doesn't stop with the tellers. Remind me, SMB, when a payment is no longer pending- it's posted, right? So how did my mortgage payment jump from posted- to no longer even showing on my transactions log? I get it, it's not your fault my husbands credit card company posted a payments into my account- even though he canceled it, and scheduled it from his own account. I get that you didn't know that. But if you're going to cancel and not push through a payment. May I recommend the one that wasn't POSTED? The one that was a one time, should still be pending charge? That when my husband contacted his cards company they agreed was a mistake- and should be something you could back out. But you're right. Charge me your $30 fee, plus my mortgage companies $70 fee. Because it's not like we plan for that payment EVERY MONTH. Or made that payment over a week ago. It was POSTED. Howd you do that? I knew you all were crooks years ago, but having everything scheduled to deposit/withdraw automatically through you was too convenient to mess with at the time. LOL YOU MESSED UP THIS TIME THOUGH. Good bye SMB. I cannot wait to have a bank that isn't constantly making my money disappear, that isn't charging me ludicrous fees- because it's happened in the last 5 years. And watching you change rules between customers. I'm done. You all steal from the poor, and make up rules as you go for the rich. If you bank here, watch your accounts closely. Many days this last month I transferred money between my two accounts for different bills. For 3 days they showed I had $14 in my account. I told my husband that math did not add up- but my transactions wouldn't show so I couldn't prove I'd moved money between accounts. Then magically- after three days I had $65 in the questionable account. And there were all my transfers that proved it should be $65. If you're considering a new bank, RUN FROM THIS ONE. If you already bank here- I would highly recommend screenshotting your transactions history daily. They honest lie in wait to steal your money. I also did used to work for this crooked crooked company, and was informed that a bank manager has to review every overdraft payment. So thank you to the genius, who backed out my POSTED MORTGAGE PAYMENT. And decided a $40 credit card payment was more important. No it's not your fault that the payment came through- the credit card company already admitted that was their error. But nice job you guys. Way to make real decisions. not the first time you ever screwed us. But it will be the last. You're done.

I did business with Dale Washburn , and John Bass . I have not done business with SMB for many years. The experience used to be personal, I have a checking account with them for bill pay, but I have not been able to borrow money here for some time. Partly because I don't have perfect credit, but I had the same problem with Vivian Vance when I did. This bank prefers to cater to those who are local and well off, if your credit is a risk rate ...your nobody..., No matter how poor you are you want to feel like you and your opinion matter, tomorrow you mite inherited 5 million then they would pine for your business. I doubt I'll do serious business here again, yeah that a real feeling!

Do not bank here!!! They have horrible customer service and charge a lot of extra fees. Local banks like this charges more for their fee then nationwide banks. I would try to bank with a nationwide bank

Had to deal with the president of the branch at 7th and Desquene very rude and disrespectful. Went to the 32nd st branch very helpful apologized for the incident at 7th took care of the problem smb you need to deal with this person will not ever step a foot in this branch again.
