I used to love going to Zora location. They have some new tellers that are a little rude to say the least. The girl didn't even want to cash a payroll check she said they had to hold it for two weeks. No sorry you get a deposit from my payroll every other week. Come on things better change or I'm leave along with the other three accounts I have.?

The blonde older lady, who handles account loans or car loans or whatever pointed to the wrong area to sign, then looked at me like it was my fault........like you pointed there.........her attitude was also condescending.

First time using them, went to open a CD. Not a long wait, banker just didn’t seem friendly or interested in our conversation. Nothing bad or wrong, just nothing to make me wanna move more of my financial picture to them.

I’ve banked with this branch for over a decade. To keep this short and sweet. I would NOT get a loan from this location. They did not take the time to properly communicate all information to all those involved.I will say this was not an issue in the past for me with the stones corner location.

The teller supervisor Alaya Kitch is extremely unprofessional and rude and I will be canceling my bank account after being profiled the way that I just was after walking into this Bank. I have never had an issue with this bank off of Duquesne.

The customer service is the very best. The entire staff, from the tellers to the president, go out of their way to help in any way they can. They are also super friendly each and every time you come into the bank.

I have been talked to with disrespect the last time! They have patronized me and talked to me like I'm not a customer but their child and I'm done with them! They didn't even offer any empathy when I told them I was sad cause someone had just passed away in my family! These people give ice in the winter! And they will bill you quickly if you don't check your online banking every minute as well with a paper statement! I'm done and I will never recommend them to anyone else! This is exclusively in regards to the one on zora and rangeline!

When I first moved to Oronogo I thought a closer bank would be the one I would use. But after my initial visit where I was totally ignored by 3 tellers chatting and 2 men chatting I left and came to the Zora bank. Great decision as I have been treated well by everyone. Such nice folks.

Am tired this bank this 2nd time in 3 weeks my deposits I made at 730am have not been posted seems be just this location that can't do anything right . SMB as a whole recently updated something and as a result lost all my banking passwords 2 weeks ago there debit cards with chips in them rust and stop working and there atm has been down several times in the last month they say all these thousands free atm atm locations yet none I ever see but the dozen at the bank locations are free . And I showed up to open the account last year and was discriminated against when in my work clothes was denied a debit card was told had wait 2 weeks even though I just made cash deposits in to there bank . I had call another SMB bank location to ask there account policy . And that location had to call this location ask them why they lying to new account holders . I should left then but I accepted there apologize and been nothing but disappointed ever since. And to your reply... Why should I have to ask Everytime for you to do your job. ... Never have to ask any other bank to do there job.
