Dana and his crew were absolute life savers today!! I went in expecting one thing to be wrong and found out three things were wrong, he helped me tremendously and fixed all three for a really amazing price, if I had went anywhere else I would have walked back out eight the same problems I walked in with. I will definitely be coming back for any future problems they are just good helping people all around!

Horrible service my car has been there a month and I have called everyday and get the same response of Danea will call you back but he never does he is very rude and aggressive while speaking on the phone he is very demanding and won’t do the work you ask I won’t recommend this place to any one seems like that can’t /dint know how to work on newer cars . he cussed me out on the phone when I was simply asking for an update on my car he couldn’t give me one

There was a delay on my parts, since the 30 days had gone up the rental was out, Dana stepped up and paid for the rental until the next week until the bumper came in, i was frustrated, He and mike worked it out and in the end it it was worth waiting. it looks good!

I can honestly say I loved the guys at Snodgrass. Everyone was professional, honest, and explained exactly what was wrong. What needs to be repaired now. What could wait until I had the funds to get it all completed. And the prices y'all is absolutely reasonable. They weren't trying to keep the lights on just my repairs. Which is sad to say what I encountered from several other estimates before finding these amazing guys. Oh my business is yours. Thank you very much Dana and Mike. You guys were amazing as well as your mechanics.
