“Someone in Europe sent us a package, priority delivery. I had inadvertently given them the wrong zip code. I called the FedEx Ship Center and gave them the correct zip code for our tracking number. The gentleman I talked with assured me it would be corrected. Then, 24 hours later, I got a call from another person with FedEx just to reassure me again, that everything had been resolved and package was on schedule! The extra call was unexpected and very appreciated! That’s some excellent customer service!”
