I had to get to an MRI and needed an old ring removed immediately. Never having been a customer, Jim still helped to immediately remove the ring so I could make my appointment. He was also very informative on the healing for my finger (caused by the tight ring) and provided insight for possible ring repairs whether I decide to come to him or someone else. THAT is pure class. If you want to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and truly cares about service, Jim is the guy. Thank you again!

The only 3 times I entered this shop I was the only person in the store and the owner was extremely rude, inattentive and condescending. I would give them zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to Comeau Jewelers. They know how to treat a customer.

Terrible service never open had ring resized they kept it over a month then it was horrible craftsmanship and square, they insisted to kept it another week to fix it. What do you know? STILL a quarter size to big they never called to say it was ready ending up doing job wrong and for free. Two month later weld broke now they have had it for almost 3 weeks and every time I call or go up to the store they are closed just a very unprofessional business.

Went in to get a quote for simple work. Owner was extremely rude saying he is "so good" he would have to charge me "thousands" to do a very simple soder job. Not to mention the owner stunk like cigarettes and his store had zero inventory! I would never do business with this company!

I went in and asked him to fix my two necklaces that had got tangled together. He spent two hours on them! But he got it! I had tried for a month and couldn’t get them untangled. He is such a nice person and his son. His jewelry is so pretty and I will be back to buy one dAy! Thank you! Definitely recommend!!

Great experience. I got way more for my money than what I could get at the big brand name stores with the big overhead. Jim (owner) was knowledgeable and great to talk to. Definitely recommend Select Jewelers.
