Upon getting an oil change and tire rotation at Roper Kia, the service department at Kia indicated that my tires needed to be aligned. This didn't sound right to me because my vehicle is barely a year old and I haven't hit anything or had any indication that my tires needed aligned. They offered to align them immediately. I declined and called Steve's Frame & Body Shop instead and made an appointment. When I brought my vehicle into Steve's, they promptly let me know that my tires do not need to be aligned and they didn't charge me a dime. Also, Steve's alignment price is $60 cheaper than Roper Kia's.

They had my new car for a month due to a fire and Insurance. I pick my car up and the windshield is cracked. I go back in and the service manager comes out and runs a pin up and down the crack looking for a chip which there is not one. (this windshield is less then 3 months old). he says there is a chip and its not our responsibility. I get into it with him and they refuse to fix there mistake. I have bought multiple cars from this dealership. but after dealing with the service manager I will never be back. I would rather drive to Arkansas, Springfield or Tulsa before I go here. will never get my money again. for context I have been a field mechanic for 14 year and if I caused damage to a customer equipment I would own it and we would fix it.

I have bought 4 vehicles from this lot over the passed 10 years. Jeff Woods has made my most recent purchae flawless. I text him what i needed and he made it happen. I went the next day and signed paper work.
However Donna needs to be fired and or educated on the law. She tried to with hold my title paperwork due to me not bringing my trade title.I explained that i could bring in after work. I was on my lunch break and intended to get the new vehicle tagged. She refusef to give me MY legal paper work and refused to let me talk to a manager. I walked out and called the gm " dr phil" and Trey.
Thanks to him i walked out with my paper work. All in all she is dead weight to a otherwise great dealership

Five months ago we need a second vehicle, I bought a Ford bronco from Kia the salesman did not push the Kia wanted to make a the sale(and he is no longer there) and I should’ve stuck with the Kia. I have drove Kia for the last 20 years. Mike (my new salesman) made it possible to trade in my bronco on 6/14 now I am driving a new Kia soul and I love it. Mike Connelly is an outstanding salesman. He is the John Wayne of salesman. Great conversation great personality. I really enjoyed the conversation with him. I highly recommend Mike Connelly PS Roper Kia do something good for Mike and just not a pat on the back or a slap on the butt. I highly recommend them very highly.

We have a 19 Kia Sportage and in this short time the headlights are sun cracking, also the rear fin/spoiler is paint pealed. Made cheap in my opinion. I own other vehicles from 2011-2013 and there body's look fine.

Everyone at Roper Kia was so helpful, especially Kris! He made the process of buying a vehicle so painless and was there to help us in anyway possible. We could not have asked for a better experience or salesperson. Kris was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had about each vehicle we looked at! He helped us find our dream car in no time by just listening to our wants and needs. We will be referring all our friends and family to Roper Kia. We also will be coming here again when it is time for an upgrade and specifically asking for Kris, although we know whoever we end up with that we will be in good hands!

I always have a great experience at Roper Kia. They are fast and friendly. If the service does not meet my expectations they are quick to make it right. I love my Kia!

So long story short, If you want to lose a vehicle that you already told them you were going to buy, go here. They will sell out from underneath you. The manager Max said he could not stop the sell even though, I had already told them I was coming up to purchase. They refused to let me talk to the owner saying he is not here and did not have an email or phone number. I know for a fact that is not correct. They are a scum company and I recommend no one ever doing business with them. If I could get a zero review then I would.

After buying our car here and getting our first oil change done here also, we drove back to Miami OK from Joplin MO just to find the oil had been leaking the whole time because their mechanics don’t even know how to do an oil change. And they want to act like you’re stupid when you confront them with their mess ups. Also when we bought our car, our salesman agreed to pay for the oil changes for the life of the car, and now that salesman no longer works there, the company won’t uphold that deal. Just a bunch of cocky arrogant men that think they are better or above you.

Was unable to properly diagnose my car
Charged me $547 and it has the same problem that it had when I took it there
$547 for a oil change and a fuel additive
Complete rip off and not a skilled technician in sight
Update: apparently they don’t guarantee the issue to be fixed when their “technician” says that’s the issue
