Spent a good portion of our weekend with the Roper Honda team getting into a new car. I cannot imagine a better experience. Clifton and Darrell were patient, honest and relatable as we went through the process. My wife and I never felt pressured by the guys! They had a great selection of both new and used cars and helped us weigh out our options. They understood the parameters we were working with and never asked us to compromise. It was all about US and what they could do to make us happy!

Absolutely recommend! TJ Webb went above and beyond for us. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us pick the perfect car. He did this by getting to know us. We never felt pressured at all. Very honest!

Roper Honda you need to do better! We took our son’s car in for an airbag recall and an oil change. You’d think that would be simple right?! Well, first we got a call that they broke the steering wheel replacing the air bag and they were going to have to buy our car. Next thing we know, they found a bolt in the shop that they could use. Okay, problem solved. Next, oil changed and now we have an oil leak. We didn’t before. Every neighbor on our street can tell you where his car was parked every day and there is NOT one speck of oil there. Their answer is…well, the car is 21 years old. Of course it is, our child is 16, but why is it being returned to us in worse condition than when we dropped it? Guess what they did to “fix it”!? Put a sealant on it, without our permission!! So, WE paid for a new oil pan. Not them, who created the problem. Got it back and have had it back two days and guess what?! Still leaking oil. They promised to repair it the third time, and after 4 more days they sent it back and were not very nice about it. Guess what, still have not fixed it. I guess an oil pan is way harder than I could have anticipated. Will never buy a Honda again!

Had some transmission issues pop up on our 2017 Pilot while we were on a road trip just outside of Joplin. Limped into the dealer where they snuck us into their already very full schedule. Double checked things and cleared some codes to get us back on the road. About as good of an experience as it could have been!

I regretfully express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Roper Honda dealership for my 2019 Honda Touring. They replaced the rear glass THREE TIMES due to numerous workmanship issues, resulting in additional cosmetic damage and misalignment of my trunk.
To summarize:
Despite the friendly staff, the quality of service does not meet expectations for those paying hard-earned money to keep their cars in good condition. Despite my efforts to address these concerns, Mr. Rick Brown, Mr. Darren Vice, and Mr. Kelly Peterson have all failed to respond to my emails and phone calls. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
According to the Body Shop Repair Manager at Roper Honda, there is a mindset that "people do not pay attention to their car as they are not paying and insurance is paying for them," leading to subpar workmanship that customers reluctantly accept and pay high fees for.
It is disappointing that Roper Honda charged double the price I received from three other quotes for rear glass repair, totaling around $600. I chose Roper Honda believing the Honda name would ensure quality, but instead, I have wasted time, energy, and money, only to find my car in worse condition than before.
Pictures have been uploaded for reference. I strongly recommend exploring alternatives in Springfield or Kansas City, where service standards may be more reliable. Roper Honda's practices do not meet the standards expected of a Honda dealership, and their licensing should be questioned accordingly.
Prospective customers should be cautious and thoroughly evaluate their options. I sincerely hope Roper Honda promptly addresses these issues.
I have uploaded evidence for reference. Given the significant time and money wasted, I am committed to sharing my experience with the community and beyond to ensure others are aware of the potential pitfalls.

Heading home from AR to MN on a Saturday, my Holda Pilot had emissions issues. I called Roper Hoda which was 26 miles away... they were closing in 45 mins & got me in ASAP. So thankful that Mike & his mechanic were willing go the extra mile to help me in my crisis & get me back on the road an hour later!

Chris at Roper Honda is our go to for car shopping. He always works with us, and is always kind and patient. Car shopping is a big deal and can be stressful, however Chris makes it a hood experience.

Tim and Ron were great both have tremendous knowledge of there product Tim was the sales man he was absolutely great his whole attitude was he just wanted to please the customer I have been been a Toyota guy that has had 5 camery 2 tundra and 1 RAV4 as long as Tim is withRoper I wil go back to him I can’t sing his praises enough thanks Tim
