I moved my prescriptions from Walgreens to here to save costs since my prescriptions were cheaper through this pharmacy. I am now moving them back to Walgreens because the staff at this pharmacy are completely inept. I put in a refill for my anxiety and depression meds and after a few hours noticing it hadn't been filled I called the pharmacy to see what the hold up was and was told they were waiting on authorization from my doctor to refill the script. I told the tech I was leaving the country for 7 days and that I needed it and was basically told, we can't do anything and that the amount of refills are listed on my bottle. AKA, not my problem response. I asked for a courtesy call when I am down to my last refill and was told, I'll notate your account. I received notification at 6:10pm that the script had been filled so I am guess they didn't look to see one was in process but by the time I got notification the pharmacy was closed so I went on vacation for 7 days without any medication. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I can’t express how grateful I am for the team at Stones Corner. We always get such great customer service but this time they went above and beyond. When you don’t feel well-you want immediate relief. When complications arise with getting the correct meds-we as patients can become short fused. I want to give a huge “Thank You” to Stones Corner for taking it upon themselves to find my mother the meds she needed from another local pharmacy. She is getting the treatments needed. We appreciate your passion for your customers of all ages.

We just transferred our scripts here from a large corporate pharmacy that starts with W. Rachelle helped make the transfer seamless! I was impressed by the services they provide. I take several meds at different times and they packaged my meds by time of day I take them! Rachelle made sure I had the meds I needed on time and packaged correctly! I’m a happy camper! Excellent customer service! I see no reason to go anywhere else!

So my vet sent a script over for my cat stating they can flavor it for a cat, it is fruit flavored, they said that is how it comes, although they compounded it there, and they could add chicken on top of the fruit flavor, but they don't know how that will affect the medication. Yeah, not happy with this pharmacy, not to mention they couldn't get ahold of my vet for missing info, whereby, I told them when you call choose the option for appointments and you can speak to a live person, had to tell them that on 3 different occasions.

I recently transferred my prescriptions to Stone's Corner from a large, corporate chain. The customer service here is something that I have never experienced in this industry. They are the Chik-Fil-A of pharmacies when it comes to service! SO glad that I switched!

I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 14 to 15 years I would not go anywhere else the staff and Chad are wonderful take it from me if you need a good pharmacy go to Stones corner pharmacy it's one of the best thank you and God bless

The staff is great and they are always friendly. Unfortunately their administrative structure is not so patient friendly.I am on insulin and I routinely go through a pen a day. As it is, I have to go to the pharmacy every week to re-fill my prescription. What makes matters worse is that they never carry more than 2 boxes (2 pens in each box) so every time they have to give me a partial fill on my prescription and I have to wait a day or two for the other box to come in.I asked if they could go ahead and automatically order the third box knowing their would be a need for it each week. I was told this was not an option for their ordering system and the best I could do was to call ahead a few days before I re-fill my prescription so that the additional box could be ordered and would have time to arrive.Apparently this pharmacy is to too big to focus on the needs of a single patient. Dealing with diabetes is often like having a second job. I need a pharmacy that can take care of me instead of asking me to take on the additional burden of their ordering system.
