Got my nails done on a Saturday and had to go back in Monday to get them fixed because it started to chip already. I came in and a man sat me down and proceeded to work on ALL my nails when I told him it was just one nail that needed fixed. At that point I was like okay it’s fine but I go to leave and he tells me they’re dry so I proceed to leave but then noticed none of my nails are dry let alone dying at all. So I proceeded to go back and a woman then sat me down and put ANOTHER top coat on all my nails, they were dry after that so I went home. Here it is about 3 days later and ALL of my nails are chipping horribly because there’s so many top coats on my nails it’s ridiculous. Customer service was good but the service itself was horrible!!

I have arthritis in my hands and I tell them all everytime I go in that my fingers don't move so well. They don't listen. They smack my hands and grab them and hurt me every time. They are just mean and nasty. Only go there for convenience. No more. I'll file a complaint with the BBB. They just aren't customer friendly in my opinion. They have no regard for my handicap.Service: Acrylic nails

charged me a extra $10 for a coffin shape! would prefer to go to perfect nails it cost 40$ and do not prefer going here !!!!!!!!!

Got my toes done and left like this, she didn’t even ask if she could cut the sides of my toenails. The polish is on my cuticles. She kept cutting and cutting the sides and both toes were bleeding already.

Horrible experience! Four of us went together and there were only two people working. They were so rough and really hateful. The girls cuticles look so red we will make sure that they are well taking care of to prevent infection. I would give zero stars if possible.Services: Acrylic nails

Not the best job. Went back days later because the gel was chipping. They started to get packed so we, (the lady that originally painted and subsequently, removed my bad gel, and I) agreed that she would call me later in the day to repaint them. She never called. Not even the next day. Very poor customer service overall. She did however, return my earring that I had dropped there on the first visit, upon my arrival to get my nails redone. But seemed a little upset that I wanted them all redone, when she said "only the cracked one needs redone." But the overall lack of quality was the reason for removing the gel in the first place. I wouldn't go back, personally.

As shown in the picture i went and got a black and white set, these nails were left bulky and messy. they did handle my hands rough but we’re trying to make them look nice, they just kinda failed. one of the pictures shows that the black nail polish didn’t fully set before adding the top coat and it left a bubble of polish under that popped. i didn’t even know that was possible.Services: Gel manicure

Price is great! The work and nail art was great also. The only thing that would make it better would be them offering drinks like a few other shops do. They were a little impatient bc it was almost closing time but they were still friendly and did a good job!! I WILL be returning!

My daughter and a friend both went in for a full set of acrylics. Both of them had very specific designs in mind and the staff worked with them to make their nails just right. Both girls are extremely happy with the results!

I have been there 2 times, the first time they messed up my coffin shape, I want too upset by it but the 2nd time I wanted french tips and they some how messed up, they didn't put any gel color on they just put white tips and rushed to do it. I don't recommend, they are good for a last minute stop, but if u want good nails I recommend glow in joplin mo, or rockstar.
