Staff is friendly and facility is nice and feels secure, but the unit we rented had a lot of grease on the ground that was very oily and slippery. They probably did not even look in the unit before renting it out to us.

I would have really appreciated it if their emergency after hours number on the door had been updated. It had been a year since I last needed to get into my unit, and I forgot the code to get in. I already had a trunk rented to get all my stuff moved into my new place.
Apparently, the emergency number belongs to the former owners,.. from 10 years ago. I've payed faithfully for almost two years now.
