I spend thousands of dollars here monthly and always get treated like i’m worthless. Disrespectful employees. I’m always very polite. I don’t normally write reviews but it’s hard not to say something now. Old man that works there is very rude

They are very unprofessional and childish. Lack basic communication skills with customers. Older man and younger worker came out the store yelling when I have my baby in the car. They refused to tell my fiance that with certain banks refunds could take up to 24 hours. Said refund would be on card automatically. While I sat in front of the store on e waiting for my deposit to hit since that's what they had said. When it had not hit my fiance went back in there and explained. He was told sorry it could take up to 24 hours he said well maybe you should do your job by telling customers that the first time.he left the store. That is when he was literally followed by TWO employees yelling and causing a scene. Ridiculous and definitely need different employees that know how to speak to customers.
