The attendant guiding me in didn’t guide me in causing me to scratch my driver side rim. Praying there’s no tire damage. He couldn’t break a $20 bill so I use my debit card. Then the automated wash didn’t work!! I had to back out of the car wash and move to another bay then pray he guides my car in better than he did the first time and that it works.

Tried this place on and off for years. Recently it's just getting worse. I can't recall the last time that every function worked properly in the manual wash bay. Today the tire/wheel and engine cleaner worked perfectly, as did the presoak. Then when I switched to high pressure soap there wasn't pressure or soap. Switched to foam only to get a wet lather on 80% of the truck and proper foam on a portion of it. Went to rinse, still no pressure. Switched no spot rinse and at least got some pressure but not really enough to get the job done right. This is sadly a similar story to most times I've tried this place. Moving on.

Wash was ok. Doesn’t have power wash with wax… my preference to rinse with wax first. Vacuum was a waste of 50 cents and one was out of order.

It was hard to understand exactly what to do, the attendant was a lil dramatic. I would be too being a car wash attendant. It's cold it's wet, why can't these people get out of thier cars and do it thier selves? Any way...save you and the attendant some greif and go where no one has to put the money in for you.

I've actually gone there a few times running through the automatic wash sometimes it does a really good job other times it just doesn't. But it is a pretty nice car wash

Worst experience in my life. We have NEVER BEEN treated as bad as this EVER!!! REDICULOUS . WE LITERALLY BACKED OUT AND LEFT. The employee was so son rude and nasty. STAY HOME if you think you have to treat people that way.

The chemicals they are using turn, my hands blue and when I said something to the guy he told me to f myself and didn’t even get my truck cleaned worsted car wash ever and the blue won’t come off my hands
