“We took our car into Firestone and got a inspection so we can get our Missouri license plate, the mechanic told us that it didn't pass because of our brakes, the next day we took it to the outlaw lube and oil shop, come to find out that any car under 150,000 miles does not need a inspection since 2: years ago they passed that law. I made Firestone pay me back”

Took a little bit longer than what they told me but it wasn't too bad. Pretty spot on on waiting time.”
“Not quite what they say they are. I have been here twice they have good service and they are fairly fast but they advertise as having a 4.6 rating and currently are at 4.3. They also say about 15min oil change but it was about 30 min one time and the other time about 20 min. So not a deal breaker for me but not what they say they are.”

“We stepped into a different location than we typically use today.
We asked about getting an oil change. The nice lady at the counter said it would be an hour and forty five minutes.
We didn’t have an hour and forty five minutes, so I called our usual location to see there wait time. There wait time was 15 minutes so we decided to simply drive down and shave an hour and fifteen minutes off our wait.
As we were walking out, we walked by for mechanics sitting on what appeared to be low stools in a small room by the exit. I’m assuming they were taking a late lunch and our training?
Sometimes it helps to go to a busier location because the staff probably rotates in a continuous fashion instead of breaking all at once. Not that that’s a problem if you have that kind of time to kill.”
