Just went in an hour ago to print out a book, couldn’t for the life of me get my book (pdf) to give access to the employee and the employee (Andrea) was super helpful and suggested putting the file onto a usb and that worked great! Great employee who helped immensely!!

Bought a studded chair mat to replace an old one. Waste of time, wheels on chair sink into mat, and there you stay .Sink holes all over it. Since original post situation has been resolved.

Love the store pick up option. I used it to buy my printer ink. Website is easy to navigate to find what I need. Pick up was fast. Employees have always been helpful when I go in.
