“Tiffany Bradley was the rep that helped my mom & I in joplin. My mom is 86 yr & I'm 65 yr very backwards when it comes to technology. Tiffany didn't shy away from us being senior citizens. In fact she greeted us at the door beings my mom uses a walker made sure we got in safely AND we're comfortable. It was a Fri nite we got there pretty late AND not once did she try & rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and fitted us both with ones that we love. All the male reps left but she & the other gal rep stayed until we were completly satisfied with our selection making sure to go over each of our choices until we felt comfortable using them.
