“Tiffany Bradley was the rep that helped my mom & I in joplin. My mom is 86 yr & I'm 65 yr very backwards when it comes to technology. Tiffany didn't shy away from us being senior citizens. In fact she greeted us at the door beings my mom uses a walker made sure we got in safely AND we're comfortable. It was a Fri nite we got there pretty late AND not once did she try & rush us. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and fitted us both with ones that we love. All the male reps left but she & the other gal rep stayed until we were completly satisfied with our selection making sure to go over each of our choices until we felt comfortable using them. “Double check all phone functionality before returning it to customer. The outer screen on Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 wasn't working when I went to pick it up, and they replaced the inside screen. Took about 20 minutes to resolve the issue, then all was good. They do have friendly helpful staff.”
