A friend stopped in and butter new phone there he's very pleased with it the service was really nice there was only two people working but the guy was real helpful and nice and friendly I don't really like T-Mobile but you know hey they've gotten better they work down there but they do owe me some money.

Came up there today close to 5:00 and your closed. but your sign says 6:00. You might want to update your hours of operation if you're going to be closed sooner than 6:00

Unlimited isn't un limited. The always gripe saying I'm using to much data an slow my phone down to a crawl.. I hate that. Unlimited is supposed to ne unlimited!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer and store policy. Unopened charger they added yo purchase without asking and then I'm told they don't do refunds despite it being company policy stated on receipt. I could understand if it was opened but it wasn't. So if your reading this tell your owner to follow policy. Tldr: do everything online at least then you know what you're getting and they will follow company policy. Don't give your money to owners who don't care about the customer

I am not happy right now. I called customer support first then went to metro for help . I haven't had internet for 3 months. Even though I pay for it monthly on my phone bill. They trouble shot it and there was internet at metro for a few minutes then it blacked out again. I'm seriously considering a change in services. I have been with them for years now. But not anymore if they can't get my internet working

The guy that was working, was less than enthusiastic to help us out, store was out of most phones, he had no idea about anything we asked him, the phone we did buy we specifically asked for the phone to not be fully set up and he did it anyway. He gave it to us with greasy fingerprints all over it, and looked like he just rolled out of bed.Wouldn’t want to deal with him again by any means.Employee ID- momarv *80271*
