They over charge and false advertise on door it states $25 a line for 5g but yet dude signed me up for $60 plan and $10 phone protection I've been with metro PCS 4 yrs and these idiots at this store are a joke rip off just to make a sale! Lol atleast corporate made it right ?

T-mobile is a terrible company now ! The merger has messed the quality of service up so bad . You can even talk to human . You just get put on hold . Don't waste your time with T-mobile !!!! You will be dissatisfied

Just left here. The lady was sooooo rude. Like she did not care at all if we were there. Didn’t explain anything well. The girl with all the piercings was nice. But they didn’t care to help us. I guess it was to close to closing time. I don’t know. But it was not good customer service at all. Will not go back.

Terrible service! No matter where I’m at, Carthage, Joplin Main Street, webb city, even the highway! Walmart prepaid cards have WAY better service than this place!

Staff is very rude. We went in to activate my smartwatch and Will didn't know how to do it and when I asked him to call the other store and ask he got very rude and asked us to leave.

DO NOT GET SCREEN PROTECTOR HERE, or make sure they put it on correct before you leave store. Spent an hour and half in the store, just upgrading a phone. Ended up spending $150 there. Got home and noticed the screen protector was bubbly and made it hard to scroll. Went in the next morning and a different person was there. They said the lady that helped us had to take care of, he said she'd be at Rangeline location the next day. So I go in and show her and she said had to be noticed when bought or at least with in 24 hours. I did go in the next morning and had to wait. The guy that put the screen protector on was training. I told her he should be trained better in putting them on, she said that was rude of me.. What? Spent $30 on case and screen thing, it should be applied correctly.

This is the worst store I have ever been to and the workers will tell you the wrong thing or put in the computer the wrong thing so you have to pay extra money to get your phones and that the phones aren't worth what you pay for them and you try to get them exchanged within 2 days and they won't do it I'm switching my services
