It’s the best place in Joplin to board your dog(s) whether it’s for one day or when you go on vacation. They have suites for the furry friends where I’d sleep without problems. — They offer play days and excellent grooming! ???

We've taken our dog to Lucky Dog since he was 5 months old! He loves to play with all his doggy friends, and we love Sue & Jody. We use them for daycare, grooming, and boarding. We trust them wholeheartedly, and feel like they're part of our family now!

It is a great environment for my dachshund, playing with dog friends all day! LuluBelle is better behaved and not so needy of my attention after being with her buddies, so this is good!

I’m not sure how they treat the animals but they are rude and have bad customer service. I called to inquire about possibly getting my dog in for doggy daycare and the rude lady that answered literally asked “what do you want?” Would not recommend at all.

We drove out to Lucky Dog to consider it for our pug for the upcoming weekend. As we drove in, the lady was outside performing some task. We asked if we could see the facility .She advised us in a decidedly unfriendly manner that she was busy doing whatever she was doing. We were told that we needed to make an appointment to come back. She would then consider whether she had room for another dog and whether she would board our dog. Hopefully Lucky Dog treats dogs better than customers (and potential customers), but one has to be concerned that perhaps they don't. We did not come back.

Would rate lower if I could!!!!!!1 I called to see about grooming prices. I informed them of my dog's breed and age and the lady literally laughed in my face and then told me to try someone else without referring me to anyone else and without asking me any information about what I wanted in terms of grooming. For all they know I could have wanted a simple bath or an ear trim! very low quality staff. would not recommend!!!

These guys are awesome and the place is a perfect retreat for dogs. They treat these dogs like their own!

Very nice, friendly facility. Our dogs love staying here. Highly recommend Sue and Jody, they are great people that run a first class operation!
