Went to buy a dishwasher. Waited forever for someone to help us, employee was rude and contradicted himself. Didn't buy a dishwasher they were out of the model we wanted. Went to Home Depot instead.

I pay over 600 dollars for a hot water heater that is the not working call the manufacturer like the hot water heater said to do and all they want to do is keep replacing parts not allowed to return it no one want to help they just said that the manufacturer has to approve the return

I hate the parking lot , it's a real danger especially in the spring when the garden center is open . They should of put it at the other end .

Ordered a set of matching appliances. Washing machine came early. Dryer was on delay. Then I guess whenever they decide and feel like it they will cancel your order and not tell you. I have been waiting on this dryer for almost 2 weeks now. I guess they will cancel it whenever they feel like it and you can just go f yourself. They definitely will not waste the time in telling you. Do better. It isn't like they stopped making the damn thing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! LOWE'S SOLD US A DEFECTIVE PAINT SPRAYER AND WON'T LET US RETURN IT. WE TOOK IT BACK 3 DAYS LATER AND THEY INFORM US THEY HAVE A 48 HOUR RETURN WINDOW!!! NOWHERE IS THAT POSTED!!!

Had no problems with the store itself but was sold a faulty refrigerator, within a week it wasn’t working, lost all our new groceries and Lowe’s refused to really do much other than have us order a new fridge. So we did. The delivery guys damaged our kitchen floor and put a big scratch in our paint, so they offered $100 off, what a joke. Will most likely never buy another appliance from here again.

Went to purchase a washer, waited and was ignored by workers... Was treated as though I wasn't a serious customer (maybe I looked like I didn't have enough money or too young/not the type to shop for appliances, I'm not sure?) Anyway, paid for washer and it was delivered... Don't appreciate the older man who was so rude!!! He acted as though I didn't understand the full price when I clearly was ready to spend what was listed for exactly the washer that I had chosen. Unpleasant enough that I'll be avoiding Lowe's
