Chris in the paint department was so helpful. He mixed up the perfect color countertop paint for me. He really went out of his way to make sure the color was exactly what we wanted.

Wife and I came to get paint for our daughter's play house "reno" and we were assisted by a gentleman in the paint dept. named Adam ,and he was the best!!! Knew what we needed and gave us a fat cost breakdown that was ready to understand and streamlined our experience. Thanks Adam! Very thorough!!!

Ordered a washer with delivery from the Joplin store. Left a note during purchase for the driver to drop it in the garage. Received text notifications of estimated delivery time and when they were on the way. Delivery went great. Very quick. Driver dropped it in the spot I cleared out for him and took off. I can't complain at all. Easy purchase and great service.

They don’t answer the phone. I place an order it said three hour pickup. After 6 hours I had no updates was calling about the status and to maybe just go in and get myself. Was on hold for 20 min and hung up on. This is frustrating to say the least!
