The tax preparer was very nice and friendly and we actually had a few laughs and this is usually hard to do when someone puts in a considerably large amount of hours plus having to deal with the public all day and even the preparer that was behind me was being friendly to the person she was with. My preparer also explained all the paperwork that I was signing to where I could understand it so great atmosphere and very helpful
