They were very quick about sending out a service person, solving the problem and repairs. The service person that took care of the printer, was very helpful and explained the issues and what to expect.

We have been with Lakeland for almost 5 years and have absolutely loved our service with them. We started off with one printer contracted through them when we first moved into the Springfield area about 5 years ago and since then have added several more printers. Not only are they quick to respond to any inquires, but also super quick on getting technicians sent out if we ever have any problems. Besides their amazing customer/product service, what I appreciate most is that they never try to push products/contracts on you that you don't want or particularly need at said time. They work diligently with you to find the perfect printer/contract to match your needs and are very easy to work with in adjusting those aspects as your business grows. Definitely recommend setting up your services through them.

We were satisfied with the ease of requesting service on our equipment. We received a call and email acknowledging our request and an estimate time frame the technician would be here to service our equipment. When the repairs were completed, the technician explained what was preformed and encouraged us to call if any further issues arose.

Awesome service. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly!Sent in a service request in the afternoon and service tech was there at 9 am next morning. Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes.

I called to place a service call on our machine and was greeted by a very friendly person. They called me right back and let me know who had been dispatched to our office to fix the problem. Then I received an email keeping me informed of when the service man would be there. After he fixed the problem (in a very timely manner) they followed up with an email checking to make sure we were happy with the service we received. I was very impressed with the friendly service we received and timely manner in which they responded to us. We were back up and running in the same day. Thank you.
