The service was good. I went in based off a theory, thinking I was doing something wrong on TurboTax. So I figured I would take my paperwork into a professional to verify. I have utilized a tax preparation service for quite some time before we moved to the area. Never paid a dime over 180. I have a very easy refund, and did not expect to walk out paying 399 for a single incomeHousehold and three dependants. I will honestly save my money and use TurboTax next year, because that is basically all these guys do is plug numbers into a software for a high premium. Again, people were nice, service was good, but wayy too expensive for what they do. Due to that reason I will not go back.

Very honest and friendly. Highly recomrmend! They were able to offer much needed advice and tax filing assistance in a professional setting, for a very reasonable price.

Everyone in this office is so nice. so if your looking for a place to get your taxes done. go get them done at joplin tax service on 7th and Illinois. across from tropical tan. They will do you right.
