Above and beyond customer service! Joplin, buy from this local business for your mattress needs. They are accommodating and price competitive. I want to use them again right away and don't even have a need. So thankful for how they helped me last minute in a crunch.

We bought a king mattress from Joplimo mattress in 2017. We had to warranty replace within 6 months due to the bed creaking like we were murdering geese when we sat down. Still honks and creaks loud enough to wake partner. Very very lumpy, hole depth over 3" where I sleep. Would not recommend! I just don't like it, very uncomfortable sleeping on side with the sagging.

I came into Croft today to upgrade my mattress, it’s been about 10 years since I bought my last one and I’ve been dealing with a lot of back pain recently. Jacob took the time to show me all the different mattresses so we could find me the right fit. I appreciate him taking his time and not rushing me through the process. We found me the right bed and they even set it up to be delivered at a later date when I move into my new place. Thank you for all of your help Jacob!!

Good customer service but beware there is no trial period where you can return the mattress if it doesn't work out!! We spent a lot of money on ours and I've had the worst lower back pain in my life since we got the "forever bed" and it costs $500 to get it adjusted locally to make it more firm or softer. Update: we got new mattresses from them after spending almost 3,000 had to pay again. These were to split our king with 2 twin mattresses. We had them less than a year and they are already indented and wrinkled in the middle! This store will definitely take you for a ride with your money. Any other store will let you return it if it is defective. But not this one! Beware! And get a sealy if you want something that will last! Get it elsewhere!

We bought our daughter's twin mattress and box frame that is working out great. They treated us nicely as a former customer of Joplimo. It's nice to know you're not only receiving and supporting American products, but LOCAL American products - right out of Webb City, MO! :)

I purchased a queen mattress from the Joplin store and had a wonderful experience from store entrance to delivery at my house. The gentlemen who assisted throughout the process went above and beyond, thus making me one happy customer of Croft American-Made Mattresses. I purchased the Tranquility mattress and it is absolutely divine.

After mattress shopping all day Saturday, I couldn't NOT leave these guys a positive review. Despite being new to the business, the salesperson I spoke with, "I believe his name is Ryan" was already very knowledgeable about the mattress industry and was very professional and easy to talk to. I'll be going back to Croft mattress soon to get my new mattress firstly because i know now that they are locally made and the highest quality mattress in the market but also because Ryan has earned my business by being able to answer my questions better and being so pleasant to speak with.

After being promised a lifetime warranty and product guarantee for a “forever” bed we decided to purchase a mattress for 3500$. Eight months later this bed has not held up to its promise. My back hurts worse than ever due to the sag. The mattress we bought was supposed to be firm. This mattress already has a huge sag and is coming apart at the seams. The store has been completely unhelpful when I called to try to get this resolved and use that amazing warranty I was promised! I can’t get a call from the owner, and the manager told me to go ahead and leave a bed review because it will not matter compared to all the good reviews. PLEASE NOTICE the team in the store are very nice when selling you a dream, they then ask you to leave a review while you are happy and still in the store and have never slept on this expensive mattress you are buying. This is a scam!UPDATE 2/17/2022 It has now been about 2 months of trying to get help with the defective and poorly made mattress, to use the warranty we were promised. We have still not gotten a call back even from the store. When I call, which I do weekly I am told the owner will still call me but that hasn’t happened in two months so I don’t see it happening now. I’ll be submitting a complaint to the BBB.UPDATE 4/6/2022 still nothing.. sent emails, call the store. Croft just does not honor the lifetime warranty. The lies they tell you in the store to get you to purchase along with the paper you take home that is your “warranty” are all sales tactics. Don’t fall for it.

I went to the store seeing it was local and locally made mattresses. I did the book online to “fitting for 1hr.” Entering got treated like I was just a walk in from the street. I was looking for a mattress in my budget and a fitting to a comfortable, supporting mattress and not something I would regret in purchasing. Not really anything special in fitting you for a perfect mattress, no pressure mapping technology. Showed some beds in my price range, high price tag and cutting the price to fit in budget, you know the mattress not worth that much. Old salesman technique in mattress buying, thinking you got a good deal! Upon purchasing, the salesman said to leave a google review on how they did. He said if I left a review in store, he would give me a free mattress protector. Then he said he would give me the mattress protector anyway, but he never did. I opted out of reviewing then, because it was more about the mattress than the experience in the store. I review the whole experience, store and the product. Opted out on the delivery charge and picked it up myself.Pros -Nice people (salesman just like used car salesman to sale) made local, made to order mattress.60 day comfort guarantee to make mattress softer or firmer free, Foreverbed lifetime warranty.Cons – No returns/exchanges, no refunds, no trial given (because it was made to order) a lot of companies that make made to order mattresses (Wink, Amerisleep, Naturepedic, (Saatva comes not in a box) online companies that make mattresses in a box do offer that trial if it doesn’t work out donate or return and get a refund. 60 day comfort guarantee you have to bring it to the warehouse, hopefully you have a vehicle to transport it. After 60 days, it will cost you $500 to do softer or firmer on the mattress they come in pick it up and return it.Update: 3 months later. 30 days of discomfort of the Palisade mattress literally softened up during and there is no edge support, waking up 2 to 3 times a night, I did the comfort change. Mattress was either firm up or soften, there is no in between. I had it firmed up, result like little give and hard. Mattress adjustment didn’t make a difference just more pressure from shoulder to back. Warranty is for the defects if they arise, have not used that yet and keep you updated if I do. Then again, warranty doesn’t matter if the mattress itself doesn’t give you a restful and pain free sleep. Result I will be looking for a good topper not foam, which unfortunately leaves me with more money spent and hope it helps.Do your research, read all of Croft’s and Foreverbed website, BBB and other review sites first because a mattress is something you will have to sleep on for hopefully years to come.

After having our mattress for a few months now, we can honestly say that we LOVE it! We accidentally spilled a drink on it the other day and the waterproof mattress protector did it’s job! Nothing leaked through to the mattress. We are so impressed and thankful for Matt’s help with our purchase! He was excellent to work with!! Will definitely be buying from them again in the future if we ever need another mattress!

Have had my Forever bed for a week now, and I haven’t slept this good in years - literally! The store manager, Brian is awesome. I had a general idea of what I was wanting, but after listening to me and my sleep problems he showed me a few options until I found the perfect fit for my needs.The environment is clean, stress free and my needs were listened to and I got precise and custom recommendation.My Forever bed has a lifetime warranty and was custom made just 10 miles down the road in their own local warehouse. I was even able to add a Mica layer to solve my getting too hot problem. And, it works!Highly recommended, I will never buy a mattress from anyone else!Complete satisfaction.
