Total sham to tell someone over the phone to expect 99 for federal and 66 for state and then surprise them with a $750 prep fee. then say you get $200 off The person doing my taxes was script smart only not even a tax professional. Total croc. will not be getting any if my business in the future. Sham on XM Raidio for pushing this company so hard!

You guys are the worse people to do taxes with they take over 700 dollars just in fees alone it's ridiculous I will never go to the ever again it's the first and the last time I would ever go to them.

Wow… just wow!!! Maddason did an outstanding job. I came in here nervous from all the forms I had to submit but she was VERY personable, sweet and kind and got me calmed down. She then started plugging away at the computer and got me back a MUCH higher return than what I was expecting. She was also very quick and got it done in no time. I walked in here nervous and will be walking out with a smile. Highly recommend getting taxes done here, I won’t ever go anywhere else in the future.

Very good experience and would strongly recommend to people. There are fees but they are quiet justified for how knowledgeable and informative the representative was.

Hands down, if you're in need of assistance with filing your taxes, Justin with the antique keyboard at Jackson Hewitt is absolutely the best guy for the job!
