Maddason’s assistance could not be more appreciated. She helped break down the different aspects of filing and which forms I would need. The manager Crystal is very unprofessional and rude do not recommend going here for taxes they have no idea what they are doing here when it comes taxes. I called to ask why my return is over a month and still hasn't bn received she acts as if that is normal and that happens to her also and eventually she hung up on me when I mentioned they messed up she laughed at me and hung up. Careless and lacks customer service skills I would give this place a Zero Star if I could. Paying someone to do your taxes is a joke in this town.

I came in with quite a few documents and filed for 2022 and 2023, and Summer helped me. She was very thorough and kind and explained everything perfectly. She also did everything she could to make sure I got the most back. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt!
